And now all those Olympic records. Tsk, tsk....... "
Sigh.... I don't know about Jawja or the rest of the SEC but LSU has 16 current or former students competing in Bejing.
Dang. And here I thought you had liked those little homes that came with the Leggo sets. Or were you referring to the 30% drop in the Floriduh housing market the past year?
that can't win the big one
Tsk, tsk, you underrate the SEC so much, I guess it's only a big one when you guys find a patsy to win against.......since you can't seem to ever beat Michigan.....
Back to you, and your hot, flat, ugly, blue haired and stormy state cheerleading efforts......
:-)
What do you do when you achieve that kind of fame and adulation in your early twenties? I do hope he can handle it, he seems like a fine person at this point.
Yep, a "patsy" like Ohio State that usually beats up on the Michigan Do-overs (with their ridiculous claim that losing to Ohio State should be rewarded by a berth in the BCS Championship game) only to get clobbered by whichever SEC team is available.
I can see that this will be another year when you conveniently forget your embarrassing boasts that end with Michigan's and the "big" 10's embarrassing defeats. Just one question: Does eating so much crow cause obesity?
You seem to keep trying to say that because Ohio State always loses to the SEC team it plays, that somehow that means the SEC teams also beat Michigan by mere association.........or some other kind of magic.
Tsk, tsk.......you talkin the wrong trash brudda. The dominance of Michigan against the SEC is for all to see. I be Michigan fan, not Ohio State, I could care a rat's rear end who OSU loses or wins against in their bowl games.
Now what team you be rootin for this year Pup? Be up front about it, who are you going to root for? Who is going to win the "big one". This year, perhaps you will let us know before the teams are decided and the game is played, yes?
:-)

Actually, I've been vaguely aware of Phelps since the 2004 Athens Olympics but he will always be remembered for his amazing Bejing success.
He seems very grounded, don't you think? Appears to have a great relationship with his Mother and sisters. Coach Bowman has said that he considers himself part of their family and is said to have kept Michael on a very tight rein. They've said that the both of them will take some time off, til the first of next year, then back to training for the 2012 Olympics in London. So, with training, their work at the Baltimore Aquatic center and Michael's endorsements he probably won't have much free time.
Chances are the IOC President will ever feel it necessary to publically scold him for disrespecting his fellow competitors like he did to that Jamaican jerk (heehee, pun intended) for his unbecoming conduct on the track after winning the 100M and 200M
:-)

The GOP set reminds me of something President Reagan's team would have designed and one that he would have liked.

Stylishly midwest........
Yep. Rock solid
Could be the guy/gal that works at Intel. Hubby told me about the big burly black guy who looks like a linebacker sauntering down the halls of Intel in a dress. Wish I could have seen that.....or maybe lucky not to. :)
:-)
Honestly, I just don’t get it. I’m a girl and even I don’t like to primp and wear frilly dresses. Why would a guy want to do it? Come on, Grampa, give me a clue here. :)
