Oh stop your gasping. You already knew that! ;)

Hi Pup...glad to see you. Won’t be long and I’ll be back down your way. What summer we’ve had, has gone way too fast.

Some moonbats have some shame, they won't post those stoopid signs, even if they might believe them.

We just have a local group that is clustered all around us, and they looooove to put up these ugly, very juvenile hate signs (like we might read them and suddenly go.....yeah....I believe that, why, of course!). Makes them feel good about themselves, yaknow. Such brave souls, speaking truth to power and al that.....they won't cut a tree down, or allow someone else to clear land to build a home cause that would make the area more ugly, and then they put out the signs.......

oh, the irony of it all.....

Shhh. I thought that it was just our little secret. In other clothing news, grab your bikini and come on down ... but you might want to wait until Fay decides which way she's going.

Moonbats believe that everyone else has to follow ‘the rules’, but they are exempt from ‘the rules’ because they are ‘enlightened’.
Kinda like my dear sweet coworker who now has us doing a smack down meeting on August 21st at 2 PM because she feels she is exempt from the rules but heaven forbid if someone were to point it out to her that she isn’t...

Michigan: Home of the $1 house that nobody wants. Home to a great swimmer, decent football team (that can't win the big one) and an economy that rivals North Korea's.

No wonder you are so proud ...

Goodness gracious! It took you long enough. LOL

Are you saying that Phelps was actually enrolled as a student at U-M? IIRC, he has trained there for the past 4 years because his life long coach, Bob Bowman, was the swim coach for the past 4 years. I think Phelps volunteered as Coach Bowman's assistant but I'm not sure he was ever a student there. Anyhow, that brief sojourn is now over, Phelps and Bowman are heading back home to Baltimore and will open their own coaching and training facility for swimmers.

Michigan: -snip- Home of the $1 house that nobody wants. Home to a great swimmer, ...."

Correction: Temporary home to a great swimmer. Phelps and his coach are returning to their hometown of Baltimore and will have their own aquatic training and coaching facility. Coach Bowman has been the swim coach at UM for the past 4 years.

Sharky, I stand corrected on one point from my previous post upthread... :) My apologies, apparently Phelps was enrolled as a student but wasn't on the UM swim team.

-snip- "Phelps is no dummy though, the Olympic swimmer does not count solely on his good looks, incredible talent or amazing endorsements – he has a backup plan. Phelps enrolled at the University of Michigan soon after his coach Bob Bowman took a job as the varsity swim coach at the university. Not wanting to swim for anyone else, Phelps enrolled and served as Bowman’s assistant coach for the swim team.

Because of Phelps' endorsement deals with Speedo, Omega, Visa and PowerBar, he was forced to forfeit his right to swim for the varsity team because he was not considered an amateur. Phelps kept busy on the campus majoring in Sports Marketing and Managing and helping Bowman coach the team."
