My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

As soon as I figure out how to get them to a size to [post, I’ll stick some on (especially the food!) One night they had a food show and the cakes and entrees and the like were enough to drive you crazy and make you hungry. After the showing, we all gathered around and ate everything in sight!!!!!!!!!!!!!

....sigh.....My wife's mad at me again!
I FINALLY convinced her that we should take a vacation this year, somewhere WARM, with sunny days, & nice, sandy beaches.
She said "Okay, but I'm gonna need new clothes for the vacation."
(Somehow, I just KNEW that was coming....)
Anyway, I got shanghaied into going "clothes shopping" ( I really DID wanna watch all the re-runs of the Oprah show on the Opera Network this week-end).
We were in about the 9th or 10th store, where she was looking at bathing suits.
"Do you think I should get a one-piece or a two piece bathing suit?" she asked me.
I answered back: "Honey, I think you should get a two-piece. With all you got, I don't think it will all fit in a one-piece..."

A good morning to everyone...lost in the throes of fiction writing, and don’t think I’ve even written a haiku the last week, amazingly, that wasn’t a specialized piece of snark...
so here’s a tanka written for today:
Snow bluely at dawn
I see the deep tracks she made
across the white field,
shadowed in the pre-sun light,
doggie snow angels just rolled.

Hello Knitting!
Glad to hear your writing away the days.
Lovely little poem, as delicate as falling snow, ending with a twist. Clever.

Morning, again. I went back to sleep after waking up at 4:30am. I am well thanks.
This poem is the poem my 6th grade teacher presented to us to memorize the first six stanzas. I have never forgotten the title nor the first stanza.

I answered back: "Honey, I think you should get a two-piece. With all you got, I don't think it will all fit in a one-piece..." Reminds me of the time my 4th wife and I were on a budget. I wanted to buy 2 cases of beer and she said no and reminded me about the budget. However, she went out and bought $65.00 worth of make up. After calming down, I asker her what was the make up for? And she said " So that I would look good to you" I replied "That was what the beer was for". She hasn't spoken to me since.

women are like city government, urban beautification cost more then just giving every citizen enough of their own money back to drink until the city starts to look good!
