Who do you think should be playing? Personally, I thought UGa got majorly hosed in the final coaches’ poll, and that they should’ve been playing. As it is, I think they’re going to pound Hawai’i into granules of sand and send them back to the beach. That’s JMHO, though.
I think you’re right. I’ve seen a lot of Hawaii over the past 2-3 seasons. They are a completely different team away from the Islands.
This isn’t like Boise State last year who had a more balanced offense and a defense that could hold their own—for a while anyway. Hawaii will get exposed if they can’t figure out UGA’s defense.
I think at a minimum, UGa should be playing USC as those are the two teams who finished the strongest. Then if LSU plays ugly and wins a close one, it sets up another possible split title (as you had for the 2003 season) if UGa beats SC.
My preferred outcome is that the Buckeyes just take care of business and win - I don’t want to take anything away from a talented LSU team. I just want to see Les Miles eat some well deserved humble pie.
