well, the prosecutor recommended 12-15 months i think. the judge went over the sentence recommendation which is pretty out of the norm.
vick has waived his right to appeal so this is set in stone i guess. proves judge believed vick was the mastermind.

Wasn’t this the speculation since the judge gave the other two more than the Prosecution’s recommendations. Or that is what I was hearing on the news earlier this morning.

I think it is ridiculous that this even a federal issue.
I am not in favor of dog fighting, but matters like this is for the State to resolve not the federal govt.
