I thought 5 years was the max?
I don’t know...I thought I heard 12-24 months, but that may have just been the “expected” sentence instead of the actual guidelines. Most of the so-called pundits have been saying around one year for quite a while, though.
I think he’s done, because after two years in prison, the NFL may slap him with an extra suspension. Maybe at some positions he could come back from a three-year layoff, but not at quarterback. Not that he was that great a “system” quarterback anyway—he did what he did based on his own God-given talent as a runner and scrambler, not so much as a steady passer.
