One of the most hilarious Audios I've ever heard! From a guy who gets a kick out of turning the tables on annoying telemarketers.
I’ve heard this one. It’s good.
Representing yourself as a cop at a crime scene is a great way to get your own butt arrested.

If someone calls my house I’ll tell them that I’m whoever the hell I want.
Go look up the laws/penalties for impersonating law enforcement.
Snicker
The other day I received a call for my 16 year old son from a telemarketer
Of course, asked why they wanted to speak with him. They asked who I was, and I informed him I was his father.
There was a looooong pause on the phone.
I asked if there was a problem, I was asked if I really was his father since they had him down as a 79 year old retired janitor.
I informed him, my 79 year old son was not home and I was indeed his father.
He said I didn't sound like a man over 100 years old.
I told him I was insulted and wanted to speak to their supervisor.
Once I got that asshat on the phone I made sure they would never call again
Sorry officer, but if you wish to convince me that there is a law against portraying a cop in a harmless way to someone who calls your home, have at it.
S’OK. Get caught at it sometime and see how much of a sense of humor the cops have about it.
In order to deter telemarketers we’d sometimes answer our phone “Third precinct. Sergeant Jones speaking.” That worked great until it was the Police Benevolent Association. Let’s just say we got a visit.
Ping! You’ve gotta hear this!
Well, if you’re Christian, you might try to lead your telemarketers to Christ. That will either irritate them or change their lives.

Go look up the f’ing law. We had it cited to us.
You’re a cop, right? Kinda pushy, and get testy when disagreed with.
If I were a cop I wouldn’t have been misrepresenting myself as a cop when answering the phone, because I would have BEEN a cop, and I would have known not to misrepresent myself as a cop, and furthermore, I would not have gotten a visit because I would have already been a member of the PBA and would have probably known the guy on the line.
Boy are you dim.
Nice non-sequitur.
Again, what law was violated? You don’t seem able to produce evidence of such a law.
Might be a Utah cop. Careful you don't get tased.
Google “Criminal Impersonation” to read about as many people being arrested as you have time to read.
