My Dragonfly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Hey I’ve never braided pastry before, its one of those things missing in my otherwise wide ranging experience.
I once braided a car, but that another story all together!

I used to braid dough back in the days when I made Cardamom Bread for my family, Finnish Tradition, Finns love Cardamom.

Hows everything in Alaska?
Anything interesting like a stampede of crazed moose (or is that crazed meese?), or perhaps a sudden loss of evergreens off mountainsides as folks put up trees in the old cabin for Christmas?

Oh well, looks like no ones up and I’m wide awake (ought to be after 19 hours of sleep!) I think I’ll go work on the book then, sweet dreams you all, later

Christmas Poem
I see thee, little child in your mother’s lap.
In you the impossible has come to be,
Creator enters creation and takes a nap
As mother you did make sings lullaby to thee

I had a beautiful, wonderful Christmas celebration yesterday..My
daughter was distraught over being too ill to join us..I pray she gets
better soon.
Been enjoying your gorgeous graphics, Soaring Feather.
Back attack yesterday..wore a thermal wrap and took a pillow to
the restaurant..told my eldest grandson growing older isn't for
sissies..!
Everyone enjoyed desserts around the fireplace here later.I loved
our visit and Santa family was good to me..!The sun is shining..
and it's chilly out there.

Hi Meg,
Lovely, homey scene, today, thank you.
So glad you had a grand time with family, great too, you did not have to do a lot of cooking, I know you enjoy doing it, but it does take a toll on one.
I am headed out today for our family celebration this afternoon/evening, looking forward to that. My daughter offered me the couch for the night, but I passed up the offer, best for me to be in my own bed. I may change my mind though, ‘tis my right to do so. ;0)
Must be the time for back flare-ups, mine has been driving me nuts. I do think high humidity has a lot to do with my lower back swelling, then it goes to feet and legs, ugh.
As you enjoy making frames, I do too, and folks do enjoy them. It’s a visual gift to all.
So sorry about daughter’s illness, prayers up!

Good I like that, (I really don’t like ping lists), and am in a bit of a quandary about them.
I sure don’t like to be looked upon as a bother- if I ping someone in and they don’t wish to be pinged, Of course, no one has to answer a ping. ;0)
Gloomy day here, all snow gone, no sun and a huge storm moving in after midnight.
To: MEG33
Oh truly gorgeous, well done. Thank You.
Thanks, back flare ups are a way of life for so many of us. ;0)
