Okay, a question for you techies out there. I just renewed my Norton Anti-virus system and the renewal for my SpySweeper is coming up as well. Is it necessary to have SpySweeper also? If Norton Anti-Virus is sufficient then it doesn't make sense to renew SpySweeper. Some have said they might even be interfering with each other.
So to renew or not to renew SpySweeper? That is the question.
Currently have AVG antivirus free edition and ad-aware free edition. Is AVG antispyware necessary, or is it overkill?

You will still get the "nag" screens, asking you to but the premium version.
Well, I now have free AVG anti-spyware. That seems to be working fine so I’ll just stick with it. At least I save myself the subscription renewal price on SpySweeper. Next year I get rid of Norton anti-virus.
