18 retailers are having their Online Black Friday Sales today! Walmart's sale starts at 5:00am EST, while Staples starts at 6:00am EST and Amazon's starts at 3:00am EST, all other sales are either going on right now or will start very shortly
PING ~!
What a dear heart.
We were just talking about the sales.
LOL . . did you know about this site ? It’s voluminous ..
all the major retailers listed.
No, but my husband is now sitting at his computer scanning sales.
BIG GRIN.
;)
BTTT
Well great!
Thanks Starwise.
Sears - West Oaks in Houston advertised the Toshiba HD-DVD A3 for $169.99....and never had one in stock.....
Bwhahahaha...this is the last Black Friday this guy will fall for! I feel so foolish....
Did you see the people getting into a fight at the Toys R Us at Willowbrook? Channel 11 had the video. This is the first year that we won’t be out shopping. I will be doing most of our shopping online.
Our kids have also been warned that we won’t be doing the volumes of toys in the past because of the Chinese quality issues. It’s really quite liberating. Actually helps us to stay focused on the true meaning of Christmas.
Once, “ONCE” I went out early shopping the day after Thanksgiving! Never again, lol, you’ve got to be desperate.
Employees at a number of stores in my town including J.C.Pennys and H.E.B. grocery store were opening at 5am today.
I expect they will start their sales at 12am Friday morning before long.
That’s why the Black Friday site
seems so helpful ... it’s for shopping
the sales online.
Hope your Thanksgiving was great .. ;)
Lol, thanks for the reminder. Apparantly I ate so much that I kindof skipped over the “online” bit!! I’ll check it out, did some online shopping last year.
Had a nice but busy day STARWISE, hope you had a nice day too!
No...but one expects idiots...
This is the first year that we wont be out shopping. I will be doing most of our shopping online.
That's how I have done all of mine....this year. The good news is I pay less and pay no sales tax or delivery charges....plus it's delivered to my doorstep...now why would I visit a crime-infested mall...especially one that has "limited supplies" of advertised items?
Our kids have also been warned that we wont be doing the volumes of toys in the past because of the Chinese quality issues.
Understood...I have 5 grandkids to buy for and all will be getting American Made products that should be lead-free....
Its really quite liberating. Actually helps us to stay focused on the true meaning of Christmas.
Yes....the meaning of Christmas is somehow lost in the Black-Friday fights...it is sad.
Thank you!!!:)
Thanks....this is good stuff!
I let my daughter drag me out on Black Friday once...ONCE...too.
That’ll never happen again! lol
We had stores opening at 4 am yesterday.
At the Woodburn Outlet Mall, there were so many people that they were parking on the I-5 shoulder and off ramp!
The police said there were so many that they weren’t giving tickets...just warnings.
I bet next year they will have enough ticket books handy.
I’ve shopped online for years.
I like to have my Christmas shopping finished before Thanksgiving so I can enjoy the holidays.
But, there are always a few things that I missed, so I get them online.
I get all of my out-of-town friends and relatives presents online.
I have them sent right to their homes.
I’ve never had a problem...not one.
So, I shopped on Black Friday in my jammies. ;o)
Thank you for finding that site.
I didn’t know there was such a thing.
Hopefully, it will be back next year, with more retailers.
It surely does seem that they are investing more in the internet.
I knew about ‘door busters’, but had not seen ‘web busters’ before. ;o)
