Maybe he has fallen for the myth that Rudy can best match up against Hillary?
Is he just trying to pick ‘a winner’? Seems like a lot of politicians and voters do that these days...
Or was he offered something in return?
Regardless one thing seems pretty certain, his endorsement does not reflect his agreement with Guilani on major policy issues as compared to the other candidates, which is supposed to be the whole point of endorsements and elections.

I’ve never liked Pat Roberson - even more so in recent years. I remember when he turned on President Bush and now endorsing Rudy!
