Microsoft fires chief information officer

SAN FRANCISCO - Microsoft Corp. the world's largest software maker fired Stuart Scott, its chief information officer for alleged violation of company policy. In a statement released by the company, Microsoft confirmed that Scott was expelled for violating the company policies although the violated policies haven't yet been confirmed.
The general manager Shahla Aly and Corporate vice president Alain Crozier have been appointed to replace Scott.
