I don't think it's possible to embed the actual video in a post on FR. Just make it so people can click on the youtube url.
For example: Vietnam Vet Cuts down Mexican Flag
You can learn how to create links by visiting the HTML Sandbox (easy to find...do a quick search in FR.)

Everyone here is correct. You won't be able to embed the video into FR but you can post the
link (like I just did) where interested parties can click on it and watch the video on youtube.
