Do you agree with former men's lacrosse coach Mike Pressler's decision to sue the University?
Yes
No
I am 110% in favor
Currently, 82% = YES.
At first, before Duke U violated the terms of the agreement, I would have said “no”...
But now that they (Duke University) screwed that deal up...I agree with you on this...
I say the gloves should come off and they should be sued from here to Christmas...
By itself, if the University had kept their collective traps shut, I would have said “no”...Now...Boom shakalaka...
tah dah - 82%
With any luck at all, those jerks are next up, heh heh heh.
Ahhh, got it.
Thank you.
If Imus can be dumped for racism so should the Prez of Duke. Let him apply somewhere else have a complete act of contrition with hairshirt.
The school caved to liberal interests clamoring for blood, anyone’s blood, but blood to pay for the damage this ‘poor innocent woman’ experienced.
They convicted the kids and the coach in advance. For heaven’s sake, the coach... Like this guy was involved in the supposed crime.
I have no sympathy for university administrators anyway, so this is more or less a two-fer.

Hell yes I do.
“Although there was a settlement earlier, Duke violated the confidentiality agreement. Pressler should be entitled to further damages now. Duke administrators and faculty should be held personally liable as well.”
This above statement is 100% correct. Pressler has a slam-dunk case on this one. FWIW - Pressler is a great guy. Shared many a beer with him tailgating for football (yes there are acutally Duke football fans out there).
LOL!
Never, never underestimate the depths do which a liberal arts faculty will sink.
Has Duke fired the faculty mambers who refuse to back down on libelous lies? Has Duke made whole the students who suffered needlessly?
If not, sue the Pants off Daisy Duke.
YES!
It depends on why he was fired.
Was he fired for the crime that didn’t happen, or for permitting a party with strippers? :p
