[Soaring Feather]

My Dragon Fly and Me

If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!

By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone

On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...

And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...

Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

So your the guy to blame for the awful things said about me by all those irate mothers, fathers, boyfriends, and husbands! Caught administering mouth to mouth resuscitation to some poor unfortunate lass in need of inspiration, motivation, or proof of dedication, and their in laws, families, friends, minor court officials, law enforcement officers, bus drivers and movie ushers, and other members of the mobs took it I was you, and so thought less then kindly of me. You have a LOT to answer for I can tell you.

LOL. Yep, that was me. Being an ambassador of the US Navy by spreading goodwill and charm around the world. Sometimes I feel guilty by not reaching out to all those that I missed and I apologize to them. There was just so much of me to go around.

My intentions while serving as Ambassador were strictly pure. While I may have left some weeping, when I departed the area, I would always give them a rose and a long loving kiss that would melt their underwear, No, that is wrong, some didn’t wear underwaer, er hmmm socks. No that is not correct either, some wore no socks or shoes. Oh well. I guess I will have to atone for my adventurous behavior somewhere down the line.

- Eggs overeasy
- Grilled Ham Slices
- Hash Brown Potatoes
- Silver Dollar Pancakes
- Grits
- White or Whole Wheat Toast
- Assorted cold cereals
- Assorted pastries
- Dark and rich Columbian coffee
- White and Chocolate Milk

There is plenty. So for those that would like seconds or thirds come on up and dig in.

We are down the shore.Woke up to heavy fog.The sun is coming out now and it is supposed to go to 77.The ocean temp.is 74.Can you believe it..Long block party here today.Over 400 vender's with bands and food are here.I was looking forward to Fall but it is a little late:)

Great you are at the shore. Yes, you are right Fall is arriving late this year, okay by me. The block party-wow that is a big one. I have been working in the back yard, was out there yesterday- did a little more cleaning up of dead ferns. The oak leaves are beginning to fall and I am gonna leave them there for now, those things fall for a long time. It was great sitting in the sun, too. Loved that.

We have not had a frost here in the city, the kids said they have had, but they are out in wide open county, we are surrounded by hills and a large lake, stays warmer, longer here.
