Yum.

I wouldn't mind being able to pick up a reasonably priced grilled salmon or chicken con guac sandwich.
I'm impressed by their creativity while sticking with the overall model of simplicity.

You would think McD would recognice the diverse taste of Americans and offer some of these international menues
here. I could go for pretty much any of those except the
green tea milkshake.

You can get those Lobster Rolls at McDonald's in parts of Maine too.

I’d eat there several times a week if they had the lobster sandwich down here! Wonder why they don’t?

URUGUAY In Uruguay, they have the McHuevo, which is like a regular hamburger, but it is topped with a poached egg. Yeah, but only in the bustling, sophisticated Metropolis of Montevideo.
Out in the sticks we have milanesa y papas fritas.

Haven’t seen them anywhere this summer; IMO the “mayo sauce” they used as a binder spoiled the taste.

Also, why in the world isn’t the the McRib sandwich on the menu 24/7/365? Aren’t there enough pigs? I sometimes question the logic of that company...

Many years ago, at a Japanese steak house, the dinner had a dessert of "Green Tea Ice Cream," and it was absolutely delicious!
I'd love to try a green tea shake!

Vincent Vega: “And you know what they call a ... a ... a Quarter Pounder with cheese in Paris?”
Jules: “They don’t call it a Quarter Pounder with cheese?”
Vincent Vega: “No man, they got the metric system. They wouldn’t know what the .... a Quarter Pounder is.”
Jules: “Then what do they call it?”
Vincent Vega: “They call it a “Royale” with cheese.”
Jules: “A “Royale” with cheese! What do they call a Big Mac?”
Vincent Vega: “A Big Mac’s a Big Mac, but they call it “le Big-Mac”.”
Jules: “”Le Big-Mac”! Ha ha ha ha! What do they call a Whopper?”
Vincent Vega: “I dunno, I didn’t go into Burger King.”

Here in MA they pull out the Lobster Roll every summer. I thought they did it everywhere. Guess not.

When I was a kid growing up in Massachusetts, McDonalds used to feature the "Shamrock Shake" around St. Patrick's day. It was literally a green shake that tasted something like pistachio. It was quite good.
I don't go into McDonalds anymore except for a cup of coffee (quite good these days) and the occasional breakfast sandwich. If only the company would eliminate high fructose corn syrup from their menu (it's even in the hamburger buns!) and the hydrogenated vegetable oils, I would be more of a regular customer.
