Hundreds of people posed naked on Switzerland's shrinking Aletsch glacier on Saturday for U.S. photographer Spencer Tunick as part of a Greenpeace campaign to raise awareness of global warming.

Why is it that when something of this nature is posted about naked old hippies,I think of the cartoons in Playboy showing the real old ladies with their breasts hanging down around their waist?Oh wait,I just remembered,I only read it for the,uh,articles.

"Naked" is having no clothes on.

Well, let's see... the glacier was shorter when Christ was crucified than it is today (
Holzhauser, et al., 2005), so they could have put crucifix in a beaker of ice water, calling it "Ice Christ" and getting Andres Serrano to take the shot instead of Spencer Tunick.
But, wait... that might
- be classless, and
- grab attention,
but it wouldn't
the way they want. Shoot...it meets two out of three Leftie criteria!
Oh, but just think of it...if only the Romans had used hybrid chariots, they wouldn't have had that problem!
