3rd SPP summit shrouded in secrecy
WorldNetDaily.com ^ | August 13, 2007 | Jerome R. Corsi

President Bush will interrupt his summer vacation in Crawford, Texas, next week to attend the third summit meeting of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, or SPP, slated for Aug. 20 and 21 in Montebello, Quebec, at the five-star Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello resort.

Bush will meet with Mexico's President Felipe Calderon and Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper at the event.

The meeting has been hidden in a cloud of secrecy until WND obtained from an Access to Information Act request a previously unreleased copy of a government report detailing agenda plans for the third SPP summit.

According to WND has reported that a multinational business agenda is driving this upcoming SPP summit according to the heavily redacted document obtained from the Canadian government.

The memo clearly states at center stage in the Montebello SPP summit will be recommendations by the North American Competitiveness Council, regarding promoting North American competitiveness for multinational corporations through "integrating" and "harmonizing" regulations between Mexico, Canada and the U.S.

The council, an executive group composed of 10 top multinational corporations from each of the three SPP countries, was constituted under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Commerce to provide guidance to the 20 SPP working groups of U.S., Mexican, and Canadian bureaucrats.

WND has also reported that President Bush will discuss at the summit a plan to send U.S. military assistance to Mexico to assist Mexico's military and civilian law enforcement agencies to combat Mexican narco-criminals and drug lords.

When was the last time WND and associated kook sites ever uncovered a major international conspiracy? Never!

When was the last time the government was ever able to keep a large secret successfully? Never!

Sheesh, $5 says half the people on this thread don’t think we landed on the moon.

I’m going to get lunch.

You go to a Chinese buffet. Fill your plate with the stuff you really like. Then ask the waiter to take that plate to the kitchen, throw all the food in a blender

He brings you back the result and you wolf it down

In addition, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Canada’s national police force, and the Sûreté du Québec, the state police, plan to maintain a 25-kilometer protest-free zone around the Montebello resort where the meeting is to be held.

Would you ignore a tiny hole in a dyke if it was only leaking a drop at a time? I wouldn’t if the other side of the hole was 100-feet wide and ready to cave.

Being a spiritual person, i believe the bible. It seems to indicate that the global government won’t be fully formed until a time when it is needed and it will be the antichrist who finishes locking it in place. something will happen to enable the peoples of the world to permit it.

Agreed. Ever since Babel, humanity in it's selfishness has been trying to unify against God. Meanwhile... Matthew 24:14 "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."

If you look deeply into the events that led up to the war with Iraq, you’ll see that Saddam Hussein was about to undercut the globalist’s bid to control all the ‘free trade’ blocks they are creating, by leading the Arab Common Market into existance. There, he made ‘free trade’ agreements with Egypt, Jordan, Sudan etc, and upset the applecart for the creation of the Middle East Free Trade Area to be run by the globalists we all know so well.

To stop the Arab Common market and create the MEFTA or whatever they are calling it now, Saddam had to be stopped.

Now there is a MEFTA headquarters being established in Iraq and it was no accident that the UN was called in to create the new goverment. This so-called power-sharing government was guaranteed to cause destabilization in Iraq, as some of our general noted not long ago.

Now they are giving the UN more access and control of Iraq, it will be the center of the final ‘free trade’ area in the global plan.

The only problem is Israel. By geographic location it should be included in the MEFTA, but of course the howls of protestations of the Saudis and others prevent it. IMO, they don’t have a place in the NWO ‘free trade’ block system, so thats why you see a falling off of support for Israel by our gobalist corrupted politicians.

Go to this page at: Thomas.gov

you'll see several bills from the 109th Congress, including this one:

5. H.AMDT.576 to H.R.3402 Amendment requires the Attorney General to establish the United States-Mexico Border Violence Task Force in Laredo, Texas, to combat drug trafficking, violence, and kidnapping along the border between the United States and Mexico and to provide expertise to the law enforcement and homeland security agencies along the border between the United States and Mexico.

Sponsor: Rep Cuellar, Henry [TX-28] (introduced
9/28/2005) Cosponsors (None)

Latest Major Action: 9/28/2005 House amendment agreed to. Status: On agreeing to the Cuellar amendment (A003) Agreed to by voice vote.

6. H.AMDT.577 to H.R.3402 Amendment requires the Attorney General to establish a National Gang Intelligence Center and gang information database to be housed at and administered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to collect, analyze, and disseminate gang activity information.

Sponsor: Rep Cuellar, Henry [TX-28] (introduced
9/28/2005) Cosponsors (None)

Latest Major Action: 9/28/2005 House amendment agreed to. Status: On agreeing to the Cuellar amendment (A004)
Agreed to by voice vote.

These amendments were passed, and so was the bill [H.R. 3402 became Public Law No: 109-162 ] and so were appropriations (money funding it) made....in December 2005.

There's also this one:

H.AMDT.996 to H.R.5522 An amendment numbered 3 printed in the Congressional Record to add a new section providing for a limitation on international narcotics control and law enforcement assistance for Mexico to not more than $39 million.

Sponsor: Rep Brown-Waite, Ginny [FL-5] (introduced 6/9/2006) Cosponsors (None)

Latest Major Action: 6/9/2006 House amendment agreed to. Status: On agreeing to the Brown-Waite, Ginny amendment (A012) Agreed to by voice vote.

I'm not sure what the status is on the BILL, though the amendment was approved.....it looks like this particular bill was put aside for now...but I believe something like it may have already been approved in a different bill under the current congress.....I'll have to check that out next week....but, this'll get you started in case someone is interested in doing some digging before then.

If you go to the Thomas.gov site, and use the keyword "Mexico" as a search word, you'll get dozens, if not hundreds, of hits in our Congress....though some would return for "New Mexico", many bills are related to bills having to do with Mexico and appropriating U.S. taxpayer dollars to funding infrastructure in Mexico, military personnel, in Mexico, education for Mexicans, counseling for battered "immigrant" women, etc.

Why U.S. taxpayer dollars are being sent out to Mexico, for the benefit of Mexicans, is beyond me. Why they are setting aside U.S. taxpayer dollars for programs which benefit illegals in America is also beyond me.

It all fits the SPP/NAU template. And voice votes hide many sins, including treason.

Looks like we have also ID'd a few more Washington traitors: Cuellar and Brown-Waite.

Well, garsh and golly gee... Maybe this has been around and I missed it, but Savage played the tape tonight of Bush calling the 9/11 terrorists “19 kids who were lured...” and how we need to understand them.

1. I’m going to be sick.

2. I can’t believe he said this after everything he put the nation through.

3. Like Savage said, is Bush mentally ill or what??

Why aren’t we demanding that Congress stop Bush from going to that meeting?

It is as important as our efforts on illegal immigration.

Lol, Czar, it's bizarro world.

"19 kids."

The unmitigated gall of that demonic-possessed puppet.
After we have sent TRUE kids in so many ways (can't drink yet, haven't gone or barely started college, etc.) to their slaughter - brave American warriors who stepped up to the plate before and after Sept. 11th, thousands and thousands of largely 18 - 20 year olds. Thousands of others of all ages maimed beyond belief.

Yet now Bush decides that the murdering evil zealots who started all of this are deluded "KIDS"???????????

I don’t care about “context” either. There is absolutely no excuse—none—for that statement. If true, and it certainly appears to be, he’s not fit to be President. He should resign.

Mexico might finally privatize and therefor modernize it’s energy sector?

Good news.
