He should have thanked Hank Aaron. That was disappointing.

glad somebody did it, Barry or not.

Sets the record for Junior or Alex or who knows who.

Keeps the game young.

I'M SO.......

not excited!

Professional sports are dead. Ask 10 people who won the Super Bowl earlier this year and see how many people know/remember/even care.

Aaron didn’t stand in the box and watch his 755th.

Yeah, but so is his obvious and chronic steroid use. His brief hold on this record will forever be tainted, and rightly so. It doesn't help that the guy is a world-class jerk.

There was a time when this record may have actually meant something.

Now?

Who the f#%& cares . . .

Standing ovation...

Willie Mays takes the mic...offers "congratulations", beating the record "requires skills...longevity" "the achievement of this record will inspire others to chase their own dreams".

Bonds thanks "fans, team mates"...even thanks "the Washington Nationals", his "dad" wife and children, then [emotionally] "thank you, for everything"

Hit off of Basset.

I’m really not too much into baseball - but tell me.......

Does this guy cheat?

Is he on ‘roids?

Is there proof?

Or is it assumption?
