I mentioned on the weekend thread that French President Nicolas Sarkozy was visiting the US in New Hampshire instead of European resorts. Apparently, he got into a brouhaha with reporters yesterday while boating. He jumped into the AP reporter's boat and let him have it verbally in French. I guess he takes vacationing with his family very seriously and when he says I want to be alone, he means it. ;-)
Someday, we may go to a Ruth's.

I called my attorney on Friday.....he suggested I check if I have the latest Deed restrictions and I told him I just closed in April.....but I checked anyway and sure enough - they were outdated. ARGH !!
Anyway - I’d like the attorney to advise on the odds of prevailing in court. The HMO broke their own rules and verbally OK’d the fence but the board’s negative views on vinyl fences was never transmitted to either of us.
There’s an HMO sight on the internet and every court case I looked at - the HMO won !!! And they win court fees as well.
My friend here tells me that HMOs are breeding grounds for little Hitler’s in the Democrat party

At school I teach my students to think for themselves. Sounds like HMO have lost that way of thinking.

Those Home Owners' Assoc. boards are little Hitlers imo. Your situation is exactly why my son chose to buy land and build on the city's undeveloped outskirts, where the plots were each 5 acres...the only restriction being that the acreage could never be divided.
We're heading for 97 degrees today and 100 on Wednesday. Yesterday at 5pm, my car's temp gauge showed 103 degrees. Good news? It will cool down to 93 degrees on Friday. Grrrr
