FR is not a blog, it’s a message board, Bill.

“as do many Freepers, is that when he is on target on some key issues, he is way off target on others”
Bingo! That’s why he ticks me off. Clueless on some issues and “not so much” on others.

O’Reilly is in the demonizing business.... a Walter Winchell for our times.

I stopped listening to O’Reilly when he once attacked Jesse Helms for no reason other than to show liberals that he would also attack people “on the right”. I knew there was no “there there” after that.

When he is 'on target' it is because he is talking about some simple thing that is easy to agree with and does not involve a lot of thought....like punishing child rapists to the fullest extent of the law. Beyond that, he is like most other reporters that are outside of their field. They can't do a decent story because they don't know the material. O'Reilly is different though because he shows little interest in learning the material.
Hopefully he will stick to Hollywood bimbos and various types of perverts but leave economics and science alone. I get so embarrassed for him I have to change the channel.

Bill is not always consistent. He does try to be. He is honest.
I think I identify with him very much.

Bill O’Reilly needs to come over here and defend himself, if he thinks he is the intellectual equal of the average Freeper. At least one radio talk show hosts maintains a Freeper ID and can stand up for himself.

Free advertising for FR. Let him go on and on about it as much as he wants. Every time the pundits mention the site, I would wager new sign ups increase significantly.

Oreilly is Greta Van Sustern lite. If he can find a story with a pretty woman in it he will run that instead of one that is a political bomb.
To: WyCoKsRepublican
He’s still mad because he was caught in his suck-ups to Jon Cary in the 2004 campaign, his nasty assault on the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, etc. Look Bill O., you’re better than all of the leftist ‘RATs in the media and Demagogic Party, but sometimes you do pander to them. Is that because you really don’t know that Jon Cary and pals are vicious lying frauds, or is it simply a cynical ratings ploy because you fear being marginalized if you reveal the ‘RATs for what they really are? I can’t see that you could have many viewers from the Demagogic left, Bill, so why don’t you just let ‘er rip on them the way you do against child molesters, etc.?? btw, Bill, don’t forget who has done so much to give free license to all the scumbag criminals, pedophiles and molesters, etc. that you so rightly denounce? The ‘RATs like Ted Kennedy, Jon Cary and pals are precisely the source of all the assaults on the rule of law and the increase in criminality over the past 40+ years.
Stop worrying about FreeRepublic, Bill, and focus your attention on your real enemies!!

Bill seems to be falling in the ratings. Here in SW Fla.
he has been taken off of several stations. He needs to
lash out at someone/thing so why not us.
After all didn’t we beat him to the story of the
disgraced ex-news reader dan Blathers demise?
Sour grapes hey Billy boy?? LOL

What I don't like, as do many Freepers, is that when he is on target on some key issues, he is way off target on others. Bingo!
He has been great going after Tiller the Killer and the abortionists, but horrible on other things.
