W. Bush: The Dumbest of Them All By Roberto Perez Betancourt

We have learned that George W. Bush has the lowest IQ of any of the US presidents in at least the last 60 years, making him the winner of the popular title of "Dumbest of them all."

This evaluation has its basis. It is based on a study carried out by the Lovenstein Institute in Pennsylvania, a non-governmental organization which included the last 12 occupants of the Oval Office in its study.

The conclusions are not based on personal sympathy that the presidents could have awoken in the people who were surveyed, or on party preferences, moral acceptance, respect for the respective occupants of the White House or the indefinite concept of "charisma" of each.

We must recall the intelligence quotient indicates potential aptitudes, understanding capacity, how to express oneself and reasonable decision making. It is measured in psychometric tests of the real behavior of people.

According to the stated source, W. Bush only received 91 points in the evaluation, far from Bill Clinton, the most intelligent on the list, with 182 points.

Basically the analysts took into consideration the writings produced by the presidents themselves, without the help of their advisors, plus the ability of the heads of states to express themselves with clarity. The NGO explained that W. Bush's bad grade was due to his pronunciation difficulties, his poor vocabulary - estimated at some 6,500 words, contrasted to the 11,000 of other presidents, and the limitations known in his academic career.

In second place, after Clinton, was Jimmy Carter with 175 units, one less than what he revealed on his intelligence quotient after becoming president, giving much more credibility to the study carried out by the NGO.

In reality, W. Bush's low coefficient has not surprised the political

and academic circles in the country since he makes constant speaking mistakes, has a legendary incapacity to write a single paragraph coherently and, above all, his executive decisions sound senile, according to experts. For those who see inheritance as a factor in the low intelligence of W. Bush, they could be right. The same study finds H. Bush's index only slightly better than his son, with only seven points more and occupying the next to last place on the list.

According to the ranking, revealed by alternative sources in the Internet, after Clinton and Carter follows, John Kennedy with 174 points; Richard Nixon 155; Franklin D. Roosevelt 147; Harry Truman 132; Lyndon Johnson 126; Dwight Eisenhower 122; Gerald Ford 121; Ronald Reagan 105 and George (daddy) H. Bush 98.

Well, hey. Every president since (and including) Ike was an idiot. EVERY dummy-crat since Roosevelt was a genius, ready to take office.

Ike-stupid golf player
Nixon-too stupid to stay out of trouble
Reagon-a moron ex-actor
Geral Ford-an idiot who couldn’t walk straight
G. Bush-1-big dummy who didn’t know what he was doing.
G. Bush 2-Couldn’t be any dummer (even tho his SAT and GPA in college was better than Traitor-Kerry).

Isn’t that a coincidence?

Right! He has a Yale Bachelor’s degree and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard. His grades at Yale were better than Senator John Kerry’s, but he’s a moron... LOL But I thought he was an evil mastermind bent on World domination?! You can’t have it both ways, you peacecreep hippy freaks!
