Levin is a civilized genius. Savage is a savage bore.

He cuts through the crap and leaves you laughing at the same time. I like his take-no-prisoners style!

I think he would crush Savage in Atlanta, if Levin was on an equally powerful radio station. 640am cuts its power at sundown. 750am (Savage) is allowed to keep up the power.
I have never heard what the reason for some stations cutting back and others powering up after sundown. I assume it is some old FCC mandate.

I like this news! It shows that radio audiences are discerning and sophisticated :-) The more they listen, the wider the gap will become.

Here in Sin City, Levin lost his time slot of 6-8pm when the station decided to run 4 hours of Savage instead of 3. Seems that it’s better business to replay Savage’s first hour from 6-7 than it is to run a fresh hour of Levin.
SAVAGE!

How do you compare Levin with Bob Grant ?
Both of them allow fools to call in and then berate and make fun of them on the air. Bob Grant does it more hilariously I think but Levin is learning...
BTW, Bob Grant had a great regular cast of strange regular callers who make his show entertaining... I hope these same cast of characters call Levin.
