A teacher at my wife's HS was fired two weeks ago for a similar incident. He used a mirror to look up a skirt of a woman at a local bookstore and a cell phone camera to take photos. What a perv.

I am sure all had to do is to go to the local mall on the weekend to see all of the teenage girls wearing see through clothing with little or no underwear.

Under the state's voyeurism law, it's illegal to take pictures up a skirt showing a person's undergarments. Ah, so it would be legal if they wore no undergarments. Not a problem these days.............
