Is 20 pound for the weight like 30 pounds if a guy lifts?

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

Well, since I just finished the last book, I’d say HP is doing GOOD! I wish I had his magic!

Ratings was my guess, too. And I told her so. I told her I thought she was a woman of integrity and honor and I was sorely disappointed in her.

For all the good it will do. She’s been leaning toward the left for quite a few years, now, and that scares me because she influences a lot of women.

Let’s hope she has a real conscience.

How have you been? Are things still going your way?

Good morning! I’ve been catching up on my e-mail and putting things on the calendar. Another day in the 100’s planned.

My whole-grain crackers turned out crispy, although oddly-shaped. I substituted some things in the recipe, which is not always the best idea :-). We’re almost out of grains, though. Maybe I can get to the health food store later in the week; good practice for Anoreth driving in heavy traffic.

Later I think we’ll go over to the church to leave some papers and pick up some other papers. Get us out of the house briefly, at least!

There are days when it seems email and errands are the only thing going! LOL!

We’re due for 100 today, too, but right now, it’s 74. I have the door open to try and catch a little breeze.

My big “outing” will be to take the trash out. LOL! But in doing that, I have to run the gauntlet of my neighbors, asking me where I’m going. *snark*

We don’t have to take the trash out until tomorrow evening.

I’m thinking of taking a load of stuff to The Salvation Army, too. If we’re not going to move, as it seems we’re not, I want to get rid of some stuff!
