Well if it isn't the one fair maiden in the land of the undead! How is it?Thank you, kind Sir! *curtsy^
I'm sorry I wasn't available last night. I turn in rather early these days, as I've been a little under the weather. But I'm good, now!

It’s set in New York. Mr. Capone got his start in Brooklyn, and later moved to Chicago.

I just had a visual of them all in Western gear, guns drawn, in 1930’s Chicago, on Lakeshore Drive....

Put the visual at Coney Island in 1920, and it’s about right! Except that Capone wore (agh!) purple suits.

It was a funny article! Darwin Award!
I just haven’t had anything to eat yet, and since I’m not too far away from the last dream I had, it was a little too visual for me. Maybe I need to quit watching SciFi?

It’s the only thing that will wake up my stomach. I usually can’t eat breakfast until after 8, after at least a couple of cups.

I always have my coffee before I consider food, too. I used to just have the coffee and wait until lunch to eat, but now I have to eat before I take my dozen kinds of vitamins!

From the time I was 12, my “breakfast” consisted of toast and coffee. Then coffee. Then nothing. I can regulate my blood sugar much better if I don’t eat until around 1100 or later. When my son was little, I ate one meal a day ~~ supper.
If I have anything with calories in the early morning, my blood sugar bounces all over the place the rest of the day. It’s not worth it me.

I take my vitamins after I eat, too, or I taste them the rest of the day.

I’ve always wondered when the best time to take vitamins is.
Anyway...gotta get my little one off to school, and then off to work.
See Ya!

Because I so often forget to take pills during the day, I take everything else at night, before I go to bed.
