Astonishing that he can run that fast without calf muscles. It would be intersting to see how he starts out of the blocks, since he has no toes.

Time for Harrison Bergeron to make an appearance. Perhaps the governing body would be satisfied if the carbon fibre were changed out for wet spaghetti or if it wore weights.

I think I saw this guy running along Lake Shore Drive in Chicago within the past couple of years. From the side, his equipment makes his legs look like those of a velociraptor. It was quite striking.
