Haven’t decided yet... the freezer has chicken, salmon, a couple steaks and (the heavy favorite) ribs. I did promise the Doc I’d get rid of the ribs and steaks... ;-D

Even though I’ve lived in Florida for over 20 years..I always have our traditional New England July 4th grilled salmon, new peas and potato salad. :)
