Acetone (2-propanone) and methyl ethyl ketone (2-butanone) are the most common ingredients in nail polish removers.

We’re supposed to be 113 on the 4th...if it waited a day to reach that, I could win a prize from a local TV station. *sigh*

Outside of that, things are great!

Face, I received another invitation to Las Vegas, registration free to the same event I attended last year. I would love to come but just cannot do it this year.

Wow those are some temps!

My temp right now 61F with humidity at 63%, cool one. Our high for the day is going to be 67F. ;)

Awww....:o[

It would be a lot of fun to get together with you! Maybe next year. It’s for sure I won’t be going anywhere!

Because of the low humidity, it doesn’t feel as hot as it really is. But it’s deceptive, and you can dehydrate quite easily.

I like it!

Oh, I loved your weather when I was out there last year, that dry air is great.

Yes, keeping hydrated is important here as well.

I’ve lived a lot of places, but this is the only place I’ve found that I can actually function in the summer. The few weeks of monsoons are a necessary evil, but the rest of the year is great.

The winters can be wicked, but still....;o]

You know that makes perfect sense to me, I bet it would be that way for me as well.

The humidity on the Eastcoast is just horrible at times. So far this year we have had a very few lousy sticky days.:)

When the humidity gets up to 20%, people here began to get sick. And they start to complain a lot! LOL!

I just go sit in the sun once in a while, just so I can feel it. It’s like medicine for me.

It’s actually surprising how good I feel after 10 or 15 minutes of just sitting there, soaking up the heat.

As a matter of fact, when I finish the letter I’m writing, I’m going to go out and do that very thing. It’s only 94, but that should be warm enough. ;o]
