Nope, not tonight. We sure had fun all last week though, met lots of new great pickers.
Will be after it solid starting this weekend again and all next week. I’d better keep practicing some between now and then or my finger’s will bark for sure.
I don’t know Toby, I’ve only put the whole tomatoes in “ziplock Freezer bags” but haven’t cut any of them. I think if they’re cut they might get mushy. I don’t know.
What’s wrong with your hip? Are you feeling better today?
We’ve had 3 thunder bumpers today and are experiencing our 4th with heavy rain with each one. It’s amazing. We’ll be having rain etc for the next 2 days. Then maybe some clear weather. I just hope it’s cool for the barbeque. If it’s hot we’ll have to get some dry ice and put them in front of the fans. We’ll have over 100 people here, on the patio and a western band under the trees.
Praise Be. I knew Sen. Cornyn would, and happy that Kay got on board. I was worried about her for a bit.
Those were and are my thoughts whenever I come back home. America is a WONDERFUL place to be, even with our bickering few. We’re FREE, and our land and people are beautiful.
Oh! I got a new toy today. I bought one of those cordless power hand saws. The thing is charging right now, but using with the cord is cool.
I can saw stuff! Look out world!
Agree fully till. I had no worries about Cornyn but was a little concerned about Kay until I read she wasn’t going to be swayed in a report a couple of days ago.
Christmas ‘90, I picked up an stuffed turkey out of the oven. Unstuffed the thing was 24 lbs. Stuffed with drippings, who knows? Anyway, I ruptured a disc and was bed-ridden for two months. Finally in ‘97, I had a laminectomy. Ever since then, I have paid special attention to twinges and pains. I’m thinking that perhaps mucking out stalls and then walking ponies around for 45 minutes might better be left to young people. I’m not ready to quit yet, but it doesn’t like the walking.
Your turn!
My maternal grandfather loved the WWW. He would ask my cousin to tape it for him. He believed it was real. He was 92, so my cousin humored him. :)
Mine split. :( I was surprised at the vote from Utah. I thought Bennett would be a Nay, and he voted Yea. Hatch voted Nay.
I heard Bennett’s press secretary on Laura Ingrahmn. I was shocked at how stupid they seem to think we are.
I need to get to bed. Love ya’! Good night.
Night.
Work is giving me heartburn. I came back to work tonight because of a deadline crunch. I installed the product and there are 3 defects. One is just stupid. The guy writes the requirements, yet can’t read his own requirements and make the descriptions right. Argghhhhh. (Thanks for listening.)
******************************Good morning.*********************************
Morning everyone!
Wonderful breakfat, but we might need two tables to seat this crowd! LOL!!
Good morning to all.........nice and sunny so far...but we may get some rain later...hope so.
I worked at the Master Gardener’s booth at the county fair yesterday...our booth was inside the 4-H building and it is air-conditioned...which was nice. I loved 4-H when I was a kid ( that was eons ago!). ;o)
There were some beautiful flowers entered in the open classes.....I wanted to enter some lilies but mine were all past their prime. I saw lots of folks I hadn’t seen in ages....the grandma and grandpas checking on their grandkids entries.
The kids were showing their hogs yesterday and then the hogs were auctioned off last night...so lots of teary-eyed kids when they had to let their show pigs go...they like the money but still it is hard for them, they know what is going to happen to the pigs.
I have not checked the news side yet.....guess I am afraid to see what our Congress critters have done lately!!
