I don’t know Toby, I’ve only put the whole tomatoes in “ziplock Freezer bags” but haven’t cut any of them. I think if they’re cut they might get mushy. I don’t know.
I passed it on to my chef, SIL, agreeded to put them in whole. One thing about it, we darn sure won’t run out of squash this coming winter.
