Christmas ‘90, I picked up an stuffed turkey out of the oven. Unstuffed the thing was 24 lbs. Stuffed with drippings, who knows? Anyway, I ruptured a disc and was bed-ridden for two months. Finally in ‘97, I had a laminectomy. Ever since then, I have paid special attention to twinges and pains. I’m thinking that perhaps mucking out stalls and then walking ponies around for 45 minutes might better be left to young people. I’m not ready to quit yet, but it doesn’t like the walking.
Your turn!
Take it easy walking Jemian. At our ages, we need to take care sometimes, especially if something has happened before to cause further injury somewhere else. So take care dearheart.
