Let try it again.. The first landing attempt will be at the cape at 2:18 pm est at the Cape.

Yeah...I can imagine it’d be quiet. Remember how eerie it was after 9/11, no planes flying anywhere for days and days?

I was standing around outside watching my sprinklers and I thought I heard two explosions, then I realized what time it was. Those were nice deep booms, almost like something you would hear at a fireworks show.

I can't say for a fact that they did...but for the time I was out looking, AND sitting here....I saw no commercial jets until she landed. A couple of small ones, but not the big birds.
