Oh, okay, get it now. So Breck Girl wants Congress to pass a bill that says “only” the cards must be signed and no election held. And many if not most employees sign the cards just to scare management, but don’t really want a union. Ok, that makes sense for a liberal who wants unions because they contribute to lib candidates.
