My Dragonfly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

That it is... an island unto itself. Serenity. Good word.

I love it! It’s so futuristic, rack shambled all in one, a Rube Goldberg.

I stop by and it food, food, food! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like to take a chicken breast, sear it in olive oil, wrap it in thin sliced ham, (secure with toothpick) dip in egg (whipped) with garlic and a bit of basil, then in flour mixed with a bit of salt and pepper. Gently fry in BUTTER(!)then remove the toothpick, put on a plate and swirl either on a bourbon/honey topping, or Bernace Sauce and serve with blanched veggies, a small loaf of fresh baked bread, (with whipped butter/honey), a small Caesar salad, and a glass of Zinfandal

Oh man, what you have done to weight conscientious eaters with your delicious treatment to chicken breast. Sounds so good.
Do you use frozen bread dough? It seems to work well for many baked items.

It rained here this morning..but the heavy thunderstorms did not happen..yet..on my yard. The sun is peeking in and out.
Time to feed the overfed birds. Some hunter would love to bag my corn fed white winged doves...but these doves never stray too far!

-——— My keyboard was acting up. LOL. Hopefully you need all of thet rain. You are correct about some hunters. Are Doves the only species of birds around your property?

It’s a painting by an Eastern European artist name Yerka. I LOVE his work.
We’re set up at a nearby campground. So far everything is working fine, all the hookups, AC, the toaster . . . it’s 90 and roasting outside.
We’re only doing one night. We’ve been trying for two nights for months, but though retired, we haven’t been able to make the time.
