Paris Hilton is calling on her fans to help her stay out of jail - by endorsing an online petition they can sign. The desperate socialite, who was sentenced to serve 45 days in jail last week after violating terms of her 2006 drink-driving arrest, has teamed up with a pal called Joshua to urge fans to help her. In a post on her MySpace blog, Hilton, who is also asking California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to pardon her, writes, "My friend Joshua started this petition. Please help and sign it. I love you all!" The petition, which is addressed to Schwarzenegger, claims "the American public who support Paris are shocked, dismayed and appalled by how Paris has been the person to be used as an example that drunk driving is wrong. She provides hope for young people all over the US and the world. She provides beauty and excitement to (most of) our otherwise mundane lives. If the late former President Gerald Ford could find it in his heart to pardon the late former President Richard Nixon after his mistake(s), we undeniably support Paris Hilton being pardoned for her honest mistake as well." Hilton is due to start serving time by June 5 if her appeal fails, after being sentenced at a hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday.

Storm the Bastille my adoring fans .... and you can eat cake afterwards you feelthy peasants.
Bathe her and bring her to me.
The scary thing is, she REALLY believes this. Paris baby, all you bring to our lives is amusement and we ain't laughing with you - we're laughing at you.
Pardon me, I thought this was a conservative forum!
Who cares about an arrogant socialite prostitude?
“Bathe her and bring her to me.”
Better wear some latex.
The Ho in her cell will take care of her.
Is her mommy paying the petitioners?
Is there a companion petition to lock her up?
PPPPPP
Poor, Poor, Pitiful, Pampered, Paris the Prisoner.
Gag me with a spoon over this bottomless pit of depraved American culture. She or it, is worthy of media attention, why? She is ugly, skinny, dumb, and has the I.Q. of a chimpanzee. Is she famous because she is famous? Dear Lord...we are doomed...No...we deserve to be doomed. Many of us, anyway.
Obviously she is on a one way ticket to a vehicular homicide, which can get her up to 25 years to life, especially with her record.
What fool of a judge and what sleeze of a lawyer is allowing this girl to run amok like that? All they are doing is all but ensuring she kills someone and guarantees she spends the next quarter century in a cage.
Consider the DUI case of Martin Heidgen which happened here in New York, which is practically a clone state of California when it comes to liberals. He was driving drunk head on into traffic and killed a limo driver and a flower girl coming from a wedding. He was convicted. You know what he got? 18 years to life! And do you know what else? He had no previous criminal record!
I`m telling you, if you know these people, you must convince them that their daughter must go to jail AT ALL COSTS or be locked up in a psych ward. It is the ONLY thing that will straighten her ass out and save her freedom.
It`s one thing to drive drunk, it`s quite another to kill someone in the process. When that happens, all bets are off, they will absolutely utterly throw the book at her.
Never thought of it that way.....Old people sometimes have a way of being “eccentric” enough to tell her off. I just love this age...
“She provides beauty and excitement to (most of) our otherwise mundane lives.”
I wish the judge could double her sentence just for that one. Is this a joke?
If you could get her to do the work AND relate to the people there, it could give her something to think about. But these pampered, insincere, moonbattish, have alls would use the situation to their own advantage.
Sounds like one of her gay male fans wrote that.
