I think that they trade down. The need LBs and DBs and they seem to have lasted to the 20’s.

The big story is Quinn, although I personally believe and have read whispers that he really was never as hot a commodity as some believe after further evaluations.

Was Brady Quinn helping you bag the clippings?

Quinn is still waiting.

Looks like Quinn may become a Bear or a Lion at this rate.

Quinn is dropping like Bill Clinton’s zipper. That is big story of this draft. Dolphins made the worst pick since the Vikings skipped their pick altogether.

Cleveland is trying desperately to move up.

This is simply not a deep draft. I think that there are 2nd round guys going in the late 1st round and that’s nuts. You can get developmental guys going in round 3-4!!!

The Pats seem to be going to more speed now that they changed the field up at the Razor. I suspect that they can improve speed and build some depth by going to rounds 2 & 3 while adding some picks next year.

Agreed. It’ll be interesting to see how the next few picks shape up.

I would like to see Sidney Rice (WR South Carolina) picked today. My son is a friend of his, and from what I hear, is a very nice and well mannered kid.

Neither took Quinn, nor did they have any intention to.

Someone will trade into the first to get Quinn. Then the run on QBs will begin. WRs are falling to the second, possibly the third.

Maybe Cleveland will end up with Quinn after all, and with a great lineman in front of him already

4 of the last 7 have been DBs so if the Pats want one they will likely need to use a 1st rounder. They will likely get an ILB as well.

With an ILB they will have added two guys who will play regularly to go with Colvin, Bruschi and Vrabel. That’s a good rotation!

I think that there will be some offensive talent available in round 2 so the Pats could make a trade to get a 2nd rounder to get a good WR. Remember, they Stallworth deal is basically a one year gig.

Another DB gone. Pats might wind up taking 2 LBs and having to bend over for ASSHAT Samuel.
