As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!
Administration officials are saying they will not provide an assessment of how well the "surge" is working in Iraq until September at the earliest.
Presidential candidate, for the moment anyway, John Edwards announced there is "no global war on terror" and that we should find other methods than using bombs to end terrorism.
And just when you think the hypocracy meter has been recalibrated to handle the Communists (aka DemoncRATS) musings, they peg the needle hard again. Howard Dean, completing forgeting UOx42, has announced that Rudi Guiliani's personal life "is a real problem."
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
LET'S ROLL!!!
This is a somewhat oldish ping list. If anyone notices I missed someone, please invite them along.
Kinda busy today
If anyone wants to be included on Kay's ATRW ping list, let me know....
v., I got your request...

Good morning, y’all!
We're going to do some things here, then drive into the country for lunch & a nice afternoon...
We’re going to the dump to unload a trailer full of junk...Oh joy! Glamour is not my forte. LOL
That drive sounds lovely. Enjoy!
Gotta go work out.
Back later
Please add me to the ping list, thank you.
And there’s something there for my Atkins. Not everyone is that thoughtful. Thanks. :)
You are welcome.
Looks delic. Will be working at the club today, so may not be back till tomorrow. Today is the golf tournament. Poor Beanie will be on a lead, all day on the patio.
Just heard a report that 23,000 families still living in FEMA trailers here on the coast, Why? FEMA still has not set the flood plain height in order to build, when they do, no one will be living along the beach, too costly, inland they will come. You should see the sub divisions going in all around us here in the country but we are lucky, all lots are 4 acres or better for a home, that keeps them away.
I am so sore, been punched on, needles running out my nose, wondering is I HAVE any blood left. Problem #1, had to fast from 12 midnight to 3 yesterday afternoon.
Had a wee Little turkey go to the big turkey pen in the sky last night, spect I will have to get me a couple more to take its place. They grow fast, faster than the chicks.
It is so nice to new folks joining us, when I found ‘ya’ll’ I felt I was in ijn my neighborhood. I know that my sanity has stayed with me because of you good folks.
Jessie Jackson flopping his mouth about the lower 9th ward in New Orleans, put the blame on the governor and the other politicians there, their system is one dollar for the one who needs it, 5 for the politician, always has been like that.
Another thing, forget the head count in Iraq, start counting the killings that happens there, each day. The nightly sport is drive by shootings.
Just want to check in as I will have to do some serious yard word today, going to be in the high 80’s too. Better fix me lots of Gatorade to keep me going.
All have a good, safe, happy day and remember, love comes by the basket fulls so, let you spouse know this.
Toby
By the way, my grit crop is starting to come up in my garden, thought it might have been washed away with all the rain we had.
Toby
Going to work for a few hours, then off to Maryland to that shower of 93...hehe only 5- 60 are supposed to show. I feel a migraine coming on..... @:)
Love your posts, ((Toby)). Thanks for the welcome to this loving neighborhood. You are right that it helps keep one informed and sane. I hope so anyway.
I am from the old school...you know started school in a one-room school house in the sand hills on Nebr. We even had Bible study in our school back in the “good old days”.
I have lots of yard work today too. Take care and thanks again for the welcome.
You be sure to drink a lot of that gatorade now, you hear? Make sure you drink enough to need to “wash your hands” at least every two hours. Heat stroke creeps up fast on you.
