My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

So true, that’s why I like the a/c in summer, beside the cooling it does help take out some of the humidity.
In winter months the air in my place is dry, dry due to the steam heat. Sometimes that works against me.

Dry can work against us, but it’s more helpful to me than not.
It’s tough to not tolerate humidity and love the ocean so much.

Hi everyone! Here I am in Bangkok. I forgot, now it is very much the rainy season. Gray and drippy, very little to take pictures of. Nothing, in fact.
Doesn't bother me, as I'm just here for visa shenanigans. It's so ordinary here, I've been here a million times. Feels no more exotic than Chicago or Memphis!
So don't expect many, or any, pictures unless the weather clears up and I stumble upon something interesting. Instead I'll put together a montage of the last photos I have from leaving the US.
There are a huge number of photo opportunities waiting back in Taiwan, which I will follow up on once I'm back there.

I checked in the fridge;
enough eggs,
bags of bacon,
stacks of sausages,
tons of tomatoes,
masses of mushrooms.
No black pudding, but
never mind
I still love Sunday mornings.
Church bells through
an open window mix
melodies with soft
playing radio
I just love Sunday Mornings
Our garden lifted its face
to a new morning sun
as buds slowly opened;
to oblige nectar-hungry bees.
I really love Sunday mornings
A newspaper fell
onto our hallway mat.
The kettle reached
its switch-off state.
You then appeared
at the top of the stairs
and whispered me back to bed…
