My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

It is a damn shame that no action was taken when he did not enroll in school
Damn shame indeed.

Time to say goodnight everyone.

And here I thought that you were turning over a new feather / leaf by staying up late. Rest well

Awesome indexing! And great trans-positioning on the buckle ornament picture. Those pieces, like most I selected for photographing, were circa 1910, those particular jewelry pieces were in addition made by anonymous English craftsmen.

Good morning everyone.

Thank you, starbase. I especially like the jewelry, silver just never losses it’s beauty.
All the pieces of silver are so beautiful it's good we keep them in one place. As you add more, (if there are more) it will be easy for me to add the latest link.

A pure white feather floats silently towards the ground. As it lands, I pick it up, and rest it gently in the palm of my hand.
Perhaps it's a delicate fragment from an Angel's wing, possibly, a token of heavenly love, or maybe, I see it as my own delight in a gentle white feather.
But as my eyes alight on this fragile plume, my spirit lifts, and I have a feeling that my Guardian Angel is near me, and is ever watchful.
I believe this perception will always stay with me, and each time I glimpse a pure white feather I will offer thanks to my imperceivable protector.

I see the West Coast has woken up.
The weather news, no snow, no rain, no sun.
To: Soaring Feather
Well my eyes are open anyway. LOL. Coffee just finished brewing. After the first pot I should be able to face the day. The absence of 2 of the 3 isn’t bad.

That’s a big WOO HOO!
To: Soaring Feather
Well alright! Happy to hear that the sun is shining. How goes your day otherwise?

Thanks! LOL! I’m running out of spring poems and am frankly tired of looking for them since we’ve only had monsoons lately.
