My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

A waterbed doesn’t have to be level.
Standard rule of thumb is if you can have a grand piano, you can have a waterbed. What people don’t consider is the distribution of the weight per square foot allows a waterbed just about anywhere.
I remember talking about it with you before. It performed miracles with my arthritis and I have some pretty wonderful testimonials from other people.
Open bag, no baffles, provides complete support with no pressure points. It’s more comfy than being in vitro.

Oh, thank you!
I really didn't know about the Lair until Soaring Feather told me about it a week ago. I normally stay in WFTD because I disdain infighting. Unfortunately, it's now happening in there, too. Must be the elections or full moon or something. No, no, no, it's that evil Karl Rove and his weather machine. LOL!
Soaring Feather and I go back to the first poetry thread. I didn't post much, but I always read it because it gave me such delicious dreams. The then Hostess (RIP) and I (we) were good friends. In fact, we had people believing she was Cyber's first wife. It was hysterical.

Great attitude, NY!
We're getting 40 mph winds here in the Desert Southwest. I can't go outside at all. Allergies/asthma. But I have all the correct medication, so all is well.

Hi slip, good to see you. Did you find the Hollies and The Air That I Breathe?? So pretty.
Weather here is great, all the flowering bushes are out, pollens in the air, I am lucky, they do not bother me; just the change from the cold of Winter, to Spring and Summer.

All of them? OMG! I have more Rxs than I know what to do with. I can’t take some of them because, guess what, I’m allergic to them. LOL!

I plan to semi-retire to Glendale AZ within the next 9 months. I love the desert. I got to play in some of the worlds largest deserts and loved it once I got acclimated to the environment

Cyber played it for me while he was on his tablet in the bedroom just 15 minutes ago. I’m in what we call the “conservatory.” We’ve got names for everything.

That’s cool, sounds so ritzy! I call my place the manse, because when she was built over 200 years ago it was a private small manse. It has about 14 to 16 rooms. It was broken up long ago and made into 4 apartments.
I love it here. The ceilings are 12-13 feet high. Glad I don’t not pay for heat. ;)

Well, I'm glad you finally ran into S. Feather and visited her Lair.
There are several different non-combative places to hang out and IMHO, the Lair is one of the mellowest and definitely the prettiest.
I don't recall another poetry thread, but I came here quite combative over Clinton in 1998 and didn't settle down for several years.
Just think, you'll have delicious dreams again!

what energy?
A complete lunatic, you're operating on 100% animal instincts. You thrive on uncontrolled energy (it's gotta be mental), and you're downright scary. But you sure can beat a good drum. "Kill! Kill!" |
