I would have to research to see if I can pinpoint any of the dates...but I do know this one for sure!
LB and ANS were an “item” for 19 months. A little over a year and 1/2 and they had known each other for 2 1/2 years.
LARRY BIRKHEAD TIMELINE
MAY 2003 - Meets ANS at the Kentucky Derby. No hook-up
MAY 2004 – Meets ANS AGAIN at the Kentucky Derby and says she is much thinner and friendlier.
MAY 2004 – At some point after the Derby HKS contacts LB and asks if he will be their exclusive photographer and accompany them on a summer tour on the Trimspa bus.
SEPT 2004 – LB and ANS become intimate (this is according to LB in an interview that I have bookmarked on one of several computers and will locate if needed…am positive of the date however) LB received his ticket speeding mid April 2006 and that makes the ANS/LB “relationship’ lasted a total of 19 months… a little over a year and half.

from what I understand, Anna went to Myrtle Beach with Larry sometime around April 2005 to meet some of his family who live there (vacation home??)(she had also gone to meet some Larry famiy in Kentucky previously and didn’t like how Larry treated her in the presence of his family); she apparently stayed with the Birkhead family for at least a few days. There was some sort of party at another house, they all went, and she was introduced to G.Ben Thompson. Anna was rumored to have asked around about G.Ben’s wealth, and subsequently dumped Larry like a hot potato, returned to Myrtle Beach in May ‘05 and hooked up with G. Ben (Laurie Payne affidavit). (somewhere around here, Daniel was thrown out of the house?? not sure of month)
Anna stayed with G.Ben from May,June and July, and was at the Myrtle Beach bar on 7/18/05, when a spurned Larry, showed up wearing a t-shirt that said ‘i love my girlfriend’....at the bar he apparently caused a scene because Anna was ignoring him; Anna allegedly text-messaged Stern to come ‘save her’ and at some point Anna slapped Larry and told him to bugger off, and left shortly thereafter with G.Ben, Stern and SugarPie. Stern alleged that the smear msgs posted on Anna’s website, were made by Larry. I’m not sure when the timeframe would be when he allegedly took Anna’s passport and credit cards, but shortly thereafter, Anna and G.Ben flew down to the Florida Keys, where she spent the remainder of July ‘05 (Lauri Payne affidavit). Anna later wrote about the passport/creditcard incident in her NE column.
I’m not sure who she was with August ‘05 or October ‘05; by September ‘05, Anna was back in Vegas at the Beacher’s Hardrock (photo of poledancing inside limo) and spent considerable funds for lap dances at Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club. Laurie Payne stated that Anna spent Nov/Dec ‘05 both in Myrtle Beach and the Keys with G.Ben. Anna was apparently back in Vegas for her birthday in November ‘05 with G.Ben(?) and the Shelleys collaberate that Stern, Anna and Daniel celebrated Christmas ‘05 with them in Myrtle Beach (Daniels’ ‘you aint got any either’ quip to Stern)
As for Larry’s statements, well, he’s either leaving huge holes where he doesn’t ‘look good’, or he embellishes, or he just plain forgets and leaves things out - Larry claiming he didn’t ‘see’ Anna when he went to Myrtle Beach in Jul ‘05 may have been a way to get out of explaining the alleged immaturity of stealing her credit cards/passport and the scene at the bar Jul 18 ‘05. Maybe he hung out in Myrtle Beach trying to stalk her, who knows? If he was instead, claiming he didn’t ‘see’ Anna in Jul ‘06, it could be, that Anna knew he was in town and that’s why she ended up back in the Florida Keys in Jul ‘06 at G.Ben’s home again where she apparently made her ‘I’m pregnated’ video. However, I was under the impression that during the early summer of ‘06, Larry was ‘occupied’ trying to break into acting at age 35 (rofl) and signing Opri up and inking a ‘based on paternity’ Million-dollar-deal, so not sure how the timing would fit with him being in Myrtle Beach Jul ‘06. My gut says he was referring to Jul ‘05, not ‘06.
In any case, Anna bounced back and forth between Myrtle Beach and Florida Keys between May 11 ‘06 and Jul 18 ‘06, with time out in Jun ‘06 for some ‘cosmetic work’ by Dr. Levy, in Beverly Hills. Levy sent a painkiller and ‘longevity drugs’ to her in the Bahamas on Aug 08 ‘06, so we know she arrived in the Bahamas enough prior to that date to have a mailing address, which would mean the 7/18/06 date would be correct for arrival. it would also coorelate with Daniel’s hospitalization, which Stern said was ‘the exact day’ Anna moved to the Bahamas. During that time, the Shelleys were also with her and claimed her drug use was down to ‘methadone’ and ‘zanax’; she was happy, content and enjoying life for a change (at least, while Stern wasn’t around). It was also around this time that the pictures of her and Daniel playing in the ocean were taken by Gina Shelley family.
In the Larry King interview, Larry states that he was with Anna for ‘two and a half years’, then three sentences later says, ‘one and a half years’ then says it was ‘one and a half years plus 5 months pregnancy’ (but Anna was only 3-1/2 months pregnant when she went to the detox Larry didn’t know about in April ‘06 and Larry had also missed the ‘second’ sonogram).
I simply don’t see much of ANY timeframe when Anna was ‘exclusive’ with Larry - how much time did it take for Larry to move to Los Angeles at Anna’s invitation to be her ‘exclusive’? did he have household items and a moving van, or just a ‘duffle bag’ ?? did he have to give notice at his then-current job, or was he unemployed? Don’t know yet.
In any case, Larry was living with Anna in Anna’s home between July/Aug/Sep ‘04 thru-Dec ‘04 (if you believe the Vegas magician, he says he had an affair with her that lasted 5 weeks from Newyears ‘05 thru early Feb ‘05 - so she would have had to stay on in LV if that occurred), and then Feb ‘05 thru Apr ‘05? maybe October ‘05, and then Dec 31 ‘05 thru Feb/Mar ‘06, but was out of the house by April 15 ‘06 traffic ticket. Not sure the exact date Larry got his ‘own’ apartment??
Larry stated he ‘didn’t know if’ she was “back” in detox in May ‘06 when he ‘noticed’ she wasn’t around. If you add up all the gaps in their relationship, it seems the total time they spent together was about 10 months, maybe, out of a 22 possible months (aug ‘04-Apr ‘06), with a generous sprinkling of other men in between.
I believe April 15 ‘06/April 16 ‘06, was the last time Birkhead actually saw Anna, so his claim that he was with her in May ‘06 is invalid (per Shelley’s statement), as is his claim he was with her for ‘5 months’ of pregnancy. (which is why I’m putting the detox from late March for two weeks thru the early part of April ‘06, and Stern putting Larry’s clothes/stuff out in the driveway either Feb or Mar ‘06, before the ‘second’ sonogram and before the ‘detox’.)
Larry hasn’t been clear, if the ‘barefoot and pregnant’ hotel rescue on Apr 15, 06 was before, or after, the detox. Larry said in Seidlin’s court that Stern told Anna ‘me or him’ but he had admitted on Larry King previously that he was the one who pressured Anna ‘several times’ to tell Stern, ‘me or him’. Obviously, the ‘barefoot rescue’ came after an incident of ‘me or him’ by one (or both) of the men. We do know that the Shelleys picked her up and flew her out to Myrtle Beach May 11 ‘06, which is why I’m tentatively putting the detox in late March ‘06.
why would Howard care about custody at that point?
Once he discovered he had 'wrong legal advice' about the 'committment ceremony' a drugged, incoherent Anna would have been immensely personally beneficial for inquest purposes;
then, giving the baby to birkhead after anna is in the slammer leaves a single man in paradise with a mansion and no big, or little, babies to cater to, and a large 'executor' income, (not to mention substantial income from future "interviews")
the first identity Stern assumed at Anna's death was 'executor' not S.O., not 'husband', but 'executor' - what does he care what happens to the baby as long as the baby has a caregiver and stays alive for say, 30,40 years while he controls the purse strings?
even MY head would have been spinning - without the drugs lol
I’m still waiting to find out about the will being faxed to the Bahamas (or to Florida? not sure which it was) on Feb 3rd also! I’m hoping O’Quinn has nailed this down since he is the one that brought it up in Seidlin’s courtroom.
As for the Will and this clause:
“IIRC There’s a wierd clause in the will that anyone who protests the will automatically gets “0”. Don’t see how that can be and if I were the Probate Judge, I’d chastise the attorney who wrote it, the attorney who handed her the pen (Howard) and I’d also question her frame of mind. “
I remember that clause as well, and my first thought was that since HKS was the Executor of the Will and Guardian of Daniel, and bc he (HKS) was to disburse the income and principal payments to Daniel in 3 installments..(at age 25, 30, and 35), HKS would have full control of all monies until Daniel turned 25 (except that he would have to provide for support of Daniel as far as education, medical, etc. in the style Daniel was accustomed).
The clause you referenced made me think that if Anna had died before Daniel, and Daniel contested the will (and was unable to prove GROSS NEGLIGENCE and/or BAD FAITH (which would have most likely been difficult for Daniel unless he was able to get a GOOD (i.e.expensive) attorney AND if that attorney was able to obtain Financial Records for the trust to prove the claim), then Daniel would have been dis-inheritated automatically. WHICH MEANS...that everything would go to HKS!! Also, the way the clause was written, if anyone else contested the will on BEHALF of DANIEL (Vergie, perhaps), Daniel would also be dis-inheritated!
IMO, that will was written to protect one person only..HKS! Although, from everything I’ve heard about it, that WILL is basically a NON Issue since Daniel is dead and the will excluded any future children. So, I don’t see how HKS has a CHANCE or remaining Executor of her Estate...unless he has a deal with LB...which I hope is not the case!

IMHO, Eroshevich calling Anna thursday a.m., when Anna was obviously spewing bodily fluids all over the room, and not reacting to get her assistance..is equivalent to Moe, sitting up watching tv 'all nite until 3am and then from 6am on' 'to see something good about Anna' (to see if they were coming to get him/Eroshevich/etal IMO)
Rales' needs to check his dayplanner - he told us the ice bath was tuesday IIRC
yes, i recall we were batting that around for some time back then. I 'bout fell off my chair in laughter and astonished incredulity when Moe said his grandmomma told him so. I'm still thinking the "first" bath was around the time the will was faxed, myself.

Just last night I was sent this video a friend found that may give an inkling as to what Birkhead thinks he’s dealing with. Look at that video and tell me that you see any form of concern or maturity anywhere? These are the people he knew and thinks he faces. I hope his family takes a good look at it too and steps up to the plate, because someone should.

Ok, in all honesty... I sure hope noone would be filming me after a night of drinking. Maybe someone might say the same about me when I was 22 and puked by a tree after thinking Long Island Ice Tea was really tea, with a little alchohol in it. Or the night I decided that I would get drunker than hell after my divorce from the Loser. Might not reflect me in the best light either.

It’s watching clips like this that makes me remember watching the show and thinking how much I thought HKS loved and adored ANS. And maybe he did at that time. Maybe her love affair and subsequent pregnancy with Birkhead changed that. Gosh, I get so confused. But I can’t over the coincidence of two people dying like that in his presence. Nor the convenient places he put himself.
I tell you, the more I read about him, the more I think of Robert Deveroux with Queen Elizabeth I. Read about him!! See if you see a similiarity.

We were with Howard (well, actually we weren’t) as he flew from Florida back to the Bahamas (even tho Stern attorney Monroe said Stern sailed back) to be reunited with the little girl he believed (in a pigs’ eye) was his. And ET was there after Anna and Howard’s Bahamian home was ransacked (by people before the Shelley’s got there and Pol got there, in black suv’s that we didn’t want to film cause it would blow our story), and we were with Howard (writing melodramatic script) as he moved Dannielynn to a top secret safe-house (which everyone knew was the Gibsons), where she has been throughout all of the DNA paternity hearings bull....coughcoughit). geesh..their spin makes my head hurt.
It's going to take several YEARS to know if Dannielynn is HEALTHY..If she really is healthy and without developmental problems, it will be a miracle...IMO

There were posters on here and other sites that said HKS played for the Golden Bears but earlier someone said they googled Stern played football and Rale’s comment said high school...
so... assuming that Rale stuck with the same story and logically deducing that HKS couldn’t play college ball as a walk on kicker I don’t think it is worth bothering the football office a second time.
And how her grandmother fought to bring the people responsible for her brother’s and mother’s deaths - to justice...will illustrate how much her mother was truly loved by her maternal family.
