one small problem——anna was already detoxed. she was down to methadone (and possibly zanax) when in Myrtle Beach 2006; it wasn’t until after Stern arrived on the scene, along with Eroshevich, and set up house in Anna’s home, that the drugs came back - sad to say, but indesputable evidence proves otherwise.
i think if you go back and look at the transcript of Howie’s tesstimony to Seidlin, it’s Seidlin that backed him in to the admission he got ‘bad legal advice’ - that’s why, a few days later, all of a sudden, there was to be a marriage, either feb 23, 27 or 28, depending on what day and who was telling it. IIRC, someone can be ordered to testify, but if that person refuses to talk, you’re stuck. All you can do, is jail them for contempt of court. the question then remains, could Stern afford to take that risk?
Huh? I thought Larry said he only went to Myrtle Beach once when ANS was there and he didn’t see her, just visited his relatives and then went back to wherever he came there from - not sure if he came from L.A. or had been to KY first or had gone back to KY on way home to CA.
So, Larry was there with her, clubbing? Oh, wait, that was in 2005. Sorry. It was 2006 when he didn’t see her in MB. OK. But HKS’s statement was about 2005 and he’s acting like it was about 2006.

she was dating G.Ben at the time...so, I'd guess it would be howie, since the link i posted just above indicates tht howie was in tow, when she, g.ben and howie exited the club sans larry. Howie also claimed that the posts to Anna's website were related to Larry (friends or larry himself) Since howie would probably have encouraged the g.ben thangy, therefore, I doubt it would be howie, that 'stole the passport and creditcards' and hid them 'in a car' - that sounds more like a jealous boyfriend thing than a control thing. of course, it's just MHO
That article on MSNBC is pretty straight forward and remember the Star magazine article is Anna and Howie’s spin. It seems like she reallyl embarrassed Larry and made a fool of her. It seems even her fans were trying to get across the point that Larry was trying to calm her down and she was escalating. Also note the reference to “nerve pills”. All the things we’ve found out about Anna since her death are demonstrated in this story and the fan posting. She didn’t start screwing around with Thompson until December of 2005. This was July and is probably the time that Larry introduced him to them. More than likely the old man she left with was G. Ben though.
In the newest entry of the diaries. Anna says that she and Clay broke up and he threw her out of the house. She says he hit her and her mother!! I’m thinking if this is true Virgie probably tried to defend Anna and Clay smacked her for it. Wow...if Anna’s mother took a blow for her she really was whacked for turning on her like she did.
Here are some timeline dates...
May 2004 - ANS meets LB for the 2nd time at the Derby. ANS has lost 60+ lbs and signed on with Trimspa back in Oct 2003. Trimspa was launching a “tour” on their custom tourbus and HKS invited LB to be their personal photographer.
Sept 2004 - This is when LB said that he and ANS’s relationship changed to a romantic one.
Sometime after this ANS went to SC to meet LB’s family in SC. It was on this trip that she G. Ben Thompson. I imagine that the family was staying in one of Thompson’s many homes as his guest.
ANS became friends with the Thompson clan and visited them in the Keys and South Carolina in 2004 and 2005.
Obviously she must have been screwing around with Thompson on these trips (ANS believed rich old men were great friends and aces in the hole financially).
Two late-night comments regarding DL’s hair. IIRC, in the ANS autopsy, Perper noted that the hair had a small amount of brown at the roots (not a true blonde). The other comment you made about DL’s hair looking different now, I would hope (and expect) that when Larry finally get’s DL home that he goes ahead and has ANOTHER DNA test done, just to be sure there was not baby-switching done... (I know, I know, I’m watched way too many soaps, but I wouldn’t put it past Howie to pull a move like that...)
The excuse has been that she did not "wish" to go to the hospital. She's gone to the hospital before. And if she was so whacked out....which she must have been...why not just take her and let her refuse treatment at the hospital.
And if Rale talked to her TWICE...on Tuesday and Wednesday and she was fine and if KE called Wednesday night and Thursday morning (THE MORNING SHE DIED)...and she was fine...what the hell happened.

And then there's the beauty on Sept 26...Howard on LKL...saying he's the father, he really, really loves her, someday they'll get married...Howard hopes the feeling is mutual...and they get married two days later.
The bad advice?? He wasn't specific. Maybe the Inquest doesn't have the "spouse can't testify against the spouse."
I think the marriage was strictly for connecting the dots to the birth certificate which would come shortly...to show that Anna was agreeable.
Kids SHOULD be making decisions as to "time" because we all "LEARN AND STUDY" differently.

Good point and Howard may have been wearing Daniel’s Nike Cap and jacket, precisely because of security cameras and witnesses. And makes you wonder why Daniel was wearing a cap in the hospital? To reinforce that clothing connection/identification.
The chances of her being exhumed are nil. Perper has said he has lots of samples.
I take it that either they sent Virgie a tape...or it was taped on Virgie's anwering machine. In other words "I told her (Virgie) etc...was just a tape...No two way conversation.
If Virgie has the tape (and I'm sure she does), we may hear some distinctive differences in the two and without the visual tear blotting...(Hyper-acting).
If she had sent the tape, she shouldn't have been so visably upset "for the cameras".
Perper said something that I thought was very important. If she had gone to the hospital, she probably would have lived “because they would have controlled the drugs”.

I think one of the other posters, Sunday Gardener, pointed out an important consideration. HKS had to avoid public documentation of ANS’s addiction issue b/c of the custody implications. I don’t know if anyone knows exactly whether she was still on methadone or not during the week prior to her death. I know what the autopsy report said, something about methadone a few day prior, but maybe they were still tapering and fearful it would be detected.

Agree - the concern has been the date the copy was faxed -Feb 3rd - just prior to Anna’s death - which was a HUGE red flag.
That tape gave me the shivers. As has been posted here: ANS was acting from a script, thinking she was auditioning; ANS was drugged; ANS responded after being given false information. Yet I can not get over the feeling that insanity lurks in the video or something evil.

EXACTLY!!! It seems so logical, IMO it should have already happened. Why HASN’T this been done already? Is this beyond the legal jurisdiction of the Daniel Inquest or any investigatory action?
