Bingo! The commitment ceremony and planned wedding were Howard’s get out of jail cards. You’re right, if they were married, Anna couldn’t testify against him in court at Daniel’s inquest.

Which makes me think her death was a mistake, possibly drug withdrawal gone awry. They couldn’t bring the Methadone into the states so she had to detox. The boat, in the future, could be used for the purpose of avoiding airport customs. But why did Anna have to come with Howard to get the boat? Was he afraid to leave her alone where he couldn’t keep an eye on her, or give her her meds?

After listening to the heartbreaking story told by the nannies last night, I am left with the impression that even tho Anna blamed Howard for Daniel’s death, maybe it was also an accident? When she said, I trusted you with him, You killed him, maybe she meant that Howard gave Daniel methadone upon request. Maybe Anna knew that and had made Howard swear not to share his drugs with Daniel...and because the nannies say that Howard never ate, I have long suspected he was addicted to methadone, too. Does it suppress the appetite? I think it can.

So maybe Anna and Daniel’s deaths were drug related mishaps. Did anyone know that mixing Methadone with SSRIs could be fatal? Did the choral hydrate control her symptoms of detox? What was Howard’s motive for killing Anna really? She was just as useful to him alive since she was putty in his hands. Just thinking aloud on a Sunday while I’m not gardening.

Arizona Carolyn, you are really getting too worked up. This has been such a friendly thread. That’s why I joined it. Don’t go away. We are all just cybersleuths working on theories based on the best evidence we can find. In time the truth will be known.

Daniel’s death could have been an accidental overdose - like he took something voluntarily - but the PI’s testimony is crucial here - if he’s telling the truth about Daniel’s fear of Howard giving his mom mind bending drugs - then why would he take those same drugs from Howard?

IMO it was an overdose...but NOT accidental...They had a doc there that knew mixing stuff would be deadly. Too many unanswered questions, too many people acting oddly and the big thing is IF it was an accident...there were many times they could of called for help...NO ONE did...and the condition of that room...that is a joke...if any of the 4 people in that room CARED about her, she would not of died in a filthy bed with a DOC and a NURSE and a PARAMEDIC in the same room.
I have heard many people say that Anna Nicole chose to live the way she did and got what she had coming to her. I have to disagree with that. I dont think she had much to do with her final days and no one deserves to die in such nasty conditions. I think the whole drug thing was an easy way to get rid of Daniel and Anna Nicole, I mean we are told they both did drugs, so why is it so strange that they died from drugs?!?!?! As far s Dannielynn in that house with Howard, I hope Larry and Virgie get things sorted, becasue Howie knew what was going on with the baby, not feeding her enough, medicating her for colir and her sleeping too long and sucking on a bottle while "sleeping" that is just sick, if Anna was in bed and out of it, someone had to give drugs to the baby. That innocent baby will be in danger until she is in Larry's arms, far far away from all of this.

I'm completely with you there, Liz. In fact, up until all of the press stories that are trying to paint Virgie as the delayer, the ONLY thing we heard was that there was to be a 4 week transition period.

Now what happened? HKS came out of the courthouse and said, "Hey, it ain't me, I'd hand her over...."

What is SO astonishing to me is that SO MANY PEOPLE BELIEVE HIM! My gosh, the guy's got persuasive powers beyond my imagination. I don't believe him, and to put the blame on Virgie, at this point, you have to believe HKS.

I still think it’s all HOWIE, he wanted the 2 to 4 week transition period...that should be up to the judge(and if he had any common sense, he would say pack her things and hand her over and take a nanny...or Howie...get your butt out of the house, let Larry stay there with Dannielynn and nanny.
If it is Virgie, she needs to act like a gramma to that baby and IMO Larry seems like a nice (maybe too nice) guy and would let her see the baby as a gramma along with his parents and family.

And yet - we are all fearful that he has enough creepy contacts to influence and control...and apparently so does Virgie.

And from the behavior of the three parties on the courthouse stairs on Friday, there are a couple of other conclusions we can make. Two of the three parties honored the gag rule, and didn't speak. Howie did not honor the court's gag rule, and stepped right up to the mike.

Now, as stories that make Virgie appear to be "Mommie Dearest" again, emerge this weekend, from "sources" who can I conclude is leaking?

And I don't think it's fair to Larry Birkhead or his team, to conclude that they are leaking.

Is there any likelihood that the Judge is playing a delaying tactic to keep his highness in the Bahamas for the inquest?

I’d like to think so.....or is it just wishful dreaming?

According to this AP clip, ANS was the writer.  I don't know how long the column lasted, but seems she did it herself and was concerned about her spelling.

If this was the time she was pregnant the first time with LB's child, it very well could be LB who is the subject of the column.  Passport and pills caught my eye.

My daughter would have heaped scorn upon me had I been engaged in only one ANNAtic and I would have been banned from all her school activities.

There’s no doubt HKS and his media are making Virgie out to be the bad guy. If she’s making some unpalatable demands of LB, she’s playing right into HKS hands.

Don’t you think that if there’s an older will naming VA executor and guardian she’d have brought it forward by now? She would surely know about it. Or . . . is she waiting until the 2001 will is probated to challenge it with the other.

Howard has an ability to create "Illusions". He created the Illusion that he and Larry are now best friends.

He created an Illusion that Virgie is "The Video He Created" and she continues to be just like that illusion throughout this whole thing.

We heard something very different in Seidlin's Court about her and we know that she even took Anna to a clinic at one time.

And in Seidlin's court, we heard Howard when it got to the drugs...say "It isn't nice to talk about someone who is dead". If course, he just had to get that statement in: "I've seen her a lot worse than that" (which I think was said by mistake as he had lost his train of thought.)

Howard's good at what he does. If he ever asks to take your picture....run!!!

After reading through some of the posts I missed last week, it occurs to me that Virgie wants guardianship in order to sue for wrongful death. She can only do so on behalf of Dannielynn, if she has legal standing as custodian or guardian.

She may feel that Larry is getting too easily conned by HK$ and will not be willing to file any civil suit against him.

Go for it Virgie - bring that badstid to justice - if Florida and Bahamian LE will not do it - Virgie and John O’Q will have to do it.
