See, that all depends on your definition of “The Bahamas.” “The Bahamas” are many different islands which constitute the commonwealth known by the same name.

While it’s true that HKS may have lived on New Providence, just one of the numerous Bahamian island states, it is still only one island, so would not qualify as “The Bahamas” in this instance.

But, it’s not like they don’t know each other. I mean HKS was up his butt for the entire time he was with ANS.

These events have been dispersed, literally, all over the map and are numerous and varied enough to obfuscate related information. 

As far as we know, there is not one investigative entity trying to sweep all the pieces into a pile and making an effort to put some order to them. If there is such activity, jurisdictions, etc. would impede their efforts.

As General Abazaid said  on 'Meet the Press',  "sometimes we tend to look at Iraq through a soda straw".  The ANS/HKS events are being viewed 'through a soda straw'.

We are trying here to see the 'big picture', but I doubt that anyone in a position to take action has made an effort to do so.  Each is concerned only with their little view through the straw.

It is known that during that prior habitation, Larry was less influential in getting Anna off addictive prescription drugs, than HK$ was content to enable & encourage her abuse”

Sac, I honestly think Perper tested for the CH because Howard and/or Dr. E told him she took it, when interviewed, plus it was in the hotel suite along with the other meds. It probably was that simple. I do believe the explanation that ANS used the CH because more modern sleep aids such as Ambien did not work for her. Having tried a couple of these modern sleeping pills myself, they didn’t work well for me, either, after a while. I don’t use anything at all, now. Anna, however, was said to have nightmares about Daniel and had mental anguish and sleep problems, so it made sense to me that she took the CH. IMO

I honestly think Perper tested for the CH because Howard and/or Dr. E told him she took it, when interviewed, plus it was in the hotel suite along with the other meds.

Along with some of the other meds ...there were several medications in her system that did not have corresponding Rx vials. The human growth hormone was one, I forget what else.

Big error on HKS & KE's part: If they had removed the bottle of CH and kept their mouths closed, there would have been no test for CH.

I haven’t read or seen Inside Edition, but did it just say days? Maybe LB spent the days there, but not the nights. I wish he wouldn’t spend so much time with HKS! I don’t trust HKS, KE, BonBon, Ron Rale or any of the HKS entourage.

I'm probably going to have to duck the eggs being thrown at me after this comment, but here goes....

I don't know how much I trust Larry either and I hope Vergie gets some legal standing with the baby. Vergie has the solid stability (even with her five marriages) that Larry lacks. Yes, Larry is the tow headed all American guy (via a bottle of hair dye) who's had a nose job. Larry got sucked into the "glamor" of the Hollywood scene quickly and I don't think he's going to leave it.

I don't have source, but I read somewhere that Larry originally went to court in order to be established as Dannielynn's father only ... guardianship came into the picture later.

Don Hogan fooled us, we all thought he was such a great guy --- when in actually he was a drunk who sexually abused children.

Do court orders set in the Bahamas have a legal standing in the USA?

The Seminoles have the phone records and it was announced a few weeks ago that they will never be made public.
The behavior of the SPD is as suspicious as Stern’s.
I wonder if a civil suit is filed-if the Seminoles will be forced to give up all their investigative info ( or lack thereof ) to the attorneys ?
Or do they have blanket immunity from ever revealing any information, regardless of the legal venue ?

Howard gives a sh** about Dannie Lynn or anything about the custody. Let's face it, he never wanted her in the first place. It messed things up royally...and off to the Bahamas they went.

In order, The house, residency, the baby, Danny's death, KE comes to live with them, the wedding, the birth certificate, Larry files, Virgie files

When did Trump make his statement?? I'm sure he knows OQ from the mutual interest in cars.

To my knowledge, Trump made his first statement about HKS, the day after ANS died. He did it on the Don Imus show. Trump had a regular time slot on the show, and I watched the following week to see if he would say something again. Sure enough, he did. (Now he may have been making public statements before that, but I was not paying attention to this story.)

There'll be no eggs from me. I think LB should get custody of Dannielynn with Virgie having visitation rights, and HKS having NO RIGHTS to the baby or any of ANS's money or properties. I am not impressed with LB's maturity or morals. I can't imagine anyone with any self-respect wanting to be associated with ANS except to help her be rehabilitated. However, I'm such an old 'fuddy duddy' that I would like to see LB get a decent haircut!

Who Will Get Custody of Dannielynn?

A court has ruled Larry Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, but who gets custody of the child is still to be decided.

INSIDE EDITION has learned that Larry Birkhead has spent the last three days staying at the mansion where Anna Nicole lived before her death - bonding with his baby daughter.

Meanwhile, Anna Nicole's mom, Virgie Arthur, has visited the grave where both Anna Nicole and son Daniel are buried. There has also been a meeting between Virgie and Larry Birkhead, and their attorneys - to discuss what access Virgie will have to the baby.

Do you know if the SPD has the hotel phone records (the hotel’s records, I’d understand) or also the CELL phone records? Wouldn’t the cell records be the property of whoever HKS or KE used - like Sprint, Verizon. I’m sure they’re part of each other’s network.
