No, I think Virgie and maybe Don Hogan would be the two who could file the wrongful death *without* any legal bindings on Dannielynn.
They don’t have to prove their blood relationship to Anna, that’s a “known.”
I could be wrong, but that's my take on it. Virgie warned Anna, she was right. She has expressed fear for the baby. I think she is right based on what the nannies have said. And she has been the direct target of team STern's trashing. That makes me be on her side until there is some more information to show that's wrong.

Hmmm, I thought they *could have* but chose not to, in order to stay in the kids’ lives, instead. I didn’t follow the case after the criminal trial, so I don’t know *anything.*

Yep, we just got ours, but I missed what it is exactly - have the sound muted and just looked up and the crawl was already trailing off.
We weren’t supposed to get it until midnight - 2AM. It’s the bottom or tail end of the north TX one.

You are exactly right, IMHO. I misjudged what NG would do tonight - expected a total bash Virgie fest but she didn't. Good for her.
You’re exactly right about HKS. DNA has proofed HKS had nothing to do with Dannielynn coming into this world. IMHO, its HKS’s fault that Larry and Anna split up in the first place. When Anna was trying to get off drugs, who was there in the hospital interfering with Anna’s withdrawal treatment plan, but the infamous HKS. Larry, iirc, was forced by HKS to sign some kind of an agreement, to stay away from Anna. What was done to Larry was so similar to what happened to Hatten, the brother of Anna’s friend.
I get so frustrated and have no words to describe how disgusting it is that HKS continues to control and manipulate, not only the US court(burial trial), but also the Bahama’s courts, as well. I’m watching Nancy Grace’s show on CNN and who are they bashing??? Virgie of course, since HKS has yet again managed to spin things in his favor. Unreal and totally unbelievable. Earlier it was reported that KE has an ability to escape any charges against her. Well, gee I wonder who that sounds like?? HKS of course - the new Houdini(escape artist) of our time.
I just hope and pray that Larry realizes who he is up against when he spends time with HKS, discussing arrangements for baby DL. I’m not discounting Larry’s abilities when I say that. Imo, dealing with HKS is not like dealing with another average person, but rather more like dealing with a diabolical monster, who possess supernatural powers.
HKS managed to put another boyfriend(Hatten) of Anna’s in jail for several years. Hatten stated he was put in a coma and one of those infamous ice baths at Anna’s residence. Was Hatten scheduled to meet a similar fate such as Anna’s??? HKS looks and acts like the Joker in the Batman movies,imo. Please excuse my long ranting and raving - sometimes, I just can’t help it. ;) ;) Now back to your suggestion of prayers for Dannielynn. I agree completely!!!

I am not that far from Southlake. But I have not heard anything on the news about that area. It would have hit Southlake before my area. But I will see if I see anything regarding that area. Love Field is in Dallas, which is where the storm went after hitting here. There were reports around the White Rock area which is not all that far from Love Field. Reports just now coming in for the Dallas area.
You just got your warning? Are you watching your weather channel online or on TV? I do that even if it’s in the middle of the night when these storms come through here - I lived through 2 hurricanes that blew down 2 trees just missing my house - so I don’t mess around with storms coming through. Can you get in a safe area if this hits near you?
Sure did. It knocked out our power 4 times.
