Actually, I hope they give Virgie some kind of an order of protection to keep Howard away from Virgie when she’s got the baby in her care.

I think they are giving her some sort of guardianship in writing in the court to prevent anyone from keeping her from her grandchild like they did her grandson. Good for the Bahamas!! If they give her some rights to see her granddaughter (which is all she has asked for) then they have redeemed themselves slightly to me.

As far as I can see, Howard has absolutely no standing as far as the house goes. He was only Anna’s guest.

That’s what I asked last night. What legal right does HKS have to stay in that house!?! He isn’t her heir, even as her executor, that doesn’t give him residence! I deal with probate bonds all day for lawyers and they don’t get to drive the deceased’s cars or move in their houses for crying out loud!

new wrinkle: per court TV - he wants a greater role in the transitional process - he doesn’t want the court to present a time frame - holy sh**. And OQ and LB might be agreeing with this....

There was a movie on TV about James Dean some years ago, it was really great. I wish they would show it again.........he was the first really cool guy IMO.

He is notorious for being a cool guy in real life, that's why i thought he was such a good actor in Rebel, because he wasn't a cool guy at all. He played the part so well of the troubled desperate kid who just wanted to be taught how to be a "real man". I'm so impressed. And never understood, til now, what all the fuss over James Dean was (other than in the looks department).

maybe Larry has to “play nice” until it is over? I hope the gramma gets to be in Dannielynn’s life, BUT I hope that HKS is out on his ear as far as the house and Dannielynn (IMO it is NOT in the best interest of Dannielynn to be in the same room as HKS)

I’ve been on the fence about Virgie but it’s official now. I can’t stand her. Anna is Virgie and Virgie is Anna. Virgie is Anna without the prescription drugs. To delay Larry getting his own child is reprehensible. Shame on you Virgie!!

That is crazy! IMHO, Howard Stern is dangerous. He is a nobody to Dannielynn. Shocking that he is still in the picture. Two people are already dead.

I’m going out to get that movie today. We’ve got three used record/DVD stores on the same street. It’s very cool and you can find just about anything there no matter how obscure.

They’ve even got various versions of “Barrelhouse”. I’ve been looking for it for a couple years for my dad and the stores have songs by that name by various artists, problem is my dad doesn’t remember which person sang it and, i don’t think he quite remembers what the song sounds like anymore. So i’m between the proverbial “rock” and “hard” place. (there’s your Anna tie in).
