Are you talking about ET? It’s so hard to tell with them. I swear they must have a psychic on staff because they tape all these interviews and footage and then hold them until after something happens that would make them relevant. It’s weird actually. I would always tease my cousin about how they would hold footage until after someone died and they would pop up with never before seen footage.
Court TV should think about having court hearing from all over the world and not just the United States. Even though it appears cameras aren’t allowed in Bahamian court..lol.

Howard did not put together the Marshall cases or argue them before the courts - in fact - the only major contribution made by HKS was when he stole confidential documents from the TExas court file and entered them in evidence in California! He was censured by the Texas judge who couldn’t do anything to him because he was a California attorney and not subject to the Texas Bar.
The attorneys who handled ANS cases were heavyweights ...especially at the Supreme Court Level. HKS couldn’t hold their jock straps or briefcases.
Which begs the question...are those guys all in line for a cut of the $$$$ should there be a settlement?

Me too. One guy on the NG show DID point out to the other guy who was saying Stern WAS the executor - that the will had not been probated yet - oh NG’s substitute said that. That forced the other “expert” to back down and finally say - well if the will is thrown out then I don’t know who will be the executor.
This is still a custody fight between Stern and Larry - don't be fooled - it was Virgie who first filed for paternity testing in the Bahamas; it was Virgie who first filed for Sterns' dna in the Bahamas; it was Vergie who first filed for Stern to be enjoined from taking the baby off New Providence Island. It was Virgie who first filed for custody in the Bahamas, (since unmarried fathers have little to no rights). It was Virgie who first filed for a Guardian Ad Litum to be appointed in the Bahamas. It was Virgie who first filed a complaint for Social Services to visit the baby, and it has been on Virgie's shoulders to see it thru to make sure, Stern doesn't continue to use, the 'only parent she's ever known' excuse to prevent custody from transfering.
IMO, Virgie has been systematic and thorough in her pursuit of Dannielynn's safety and the resolution of the deaths of her grandson and daughter. While reporters were following Larry to the toy store and Stern was occupied by ET interviews, she's been methodically firing one lethal shot after another---across, the bow...the midships...and the stern..and the Stern is seriously listing in the water..now we can watch it sink, and that is most likely Virgie's intent from the get-go.
Larry would do well to notice that he would still be years away from custody, were it not for Virgie. IMHO

I just hope one of Larry’s current attorneys are advising him to get him to get a smart corporate attorney to help him get the financial affairs in order now that he will end up in a position to protect DL’s interests.

Ohhh - so good to know. I have a question - shouldnt a 7 month old baby be almost able to sit by themselves or am I remembering wrong? I thought I remembered that some 7 month olds even start scooting (prob not crawling fully).......or maybe that is not the norm....)
Totally agree - re: wish Larry would fight over the estate issue -= but he doesn’t want to appear money grubbing at this point - but I think eventually he will fight for what should belong to Dannielynn.
You know that HKS had to have a ton of stuff on ANS...he could have easily ruined her had she wanted to kick him to the curb.
Could have been part of her unhappiness being chained to a man who knew her deepest, darkest secrets and isolated her from her friends and family... the ones who couldn’t control anyway.
