I'll go back and try to find where I first read it. I thought it was pretty authoritive. I believe there were some juror comments that were pretty interesting. Anna was a TERRIBLE witness...like she couldn't keep her story straight.
Imagine her at a live inquest for her own son. If she revealed anything in a "live situation", Howard might be blown out of the water. It wasn't gonna happen.

Justice Stephen Breyer sided with the California District Court that had determined that Pierce had forged 3 pages of Marshall’s will. He also noted that private detectives had been hired to keep ANS from Marshall’s bedside.
