Beg to differ Sacajaweau... the Supreme Court ate Pierce’s lawyer, Eric Brunstad, for lunch and spit him out.
Justice Stephen Breyer sided with the California District Court that had determined that Pierce had forged 3 pages of Marshall’s will. He also noted that private detectives had been hired to keep ANS from Marshall’s bedside.
